WyncoteCafe — Restaurant in Cheltenham Township

I had the scrambled egg and cheese with added bacon on a brioche. It was very average. My dog enjoyed her order of turkey bacon. I went there mainly for some coffee and ordered a mocha latte. It was tasteless, so bad that I threw the whole thing away. When I asked for water I was given a small cup of tepid tap water so I had to ask for ice in order to drink it. When I went to sit down, I got syrup on my hand from the back of the chair. When I told the owner, he did NOTHING! I changed tables.

SO DISAPPOINTING, because I live in the adjacent tower and was looking forward to eating somewhere so close. I may try the cafe again, but I don’t feel...

Really? I just went to the Wyncote Cafe and ordered a simple breakfast sandwich. After taking my order, the employee told me he would be "right back", closed the Cafe, and left. No explanation. After waiting 10 minutes, I opened the locked door and exited the Cafe. You think he could have prepared my sandwich BEFORE leaving? How long would that take. What kind of service is that? Be prepared to wait a while if you come here....

Since moving here in February this place has been my 2nd kitchen. I love the family that runs this place,because they make it feel your in a safe space. The food is delicious and so are the drinks (especially the lemonade). Anyone who says other wise doesn't appreciate family businesses that hold value within community. BTW the bourbon burger is delicious if anyone was interested...
