Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

The Man who owed this Dunkin Donuts checked me out when I bought 3 coffees and 2 donuts. He stated the total came to $20.50 when my teenage son and I watched him ring every single item up and the total on the cash register clearly said $17.28, I paid and then realized he charged me wrongly. I asked for a receipt, he handed me one after looking at it and it was only for one small hot coffee equalling $2.59 . I told him this wasn't my order. When he handed me the wrong receipt, he took a bunch of other receipts ,including mine and threw them in the trash can. I told him you just threw mine out , he acted like he didn't realize he did it and said he couldn't get it out of the trash because " it's gross" and he couldn't reprint it from the register, even tho no one had ordered after me. I told him he just ripped me off 5 dollars. He acted like he didn't understand. I said , again, " you charged me $3 more (at least) then I was supposed to be charged. My son and I watched you ring every single item up and the total should be around $17 , not almost $22." He literally laughed at me and shrugged his shoulders. I told him, I'd never be back to his establishment and I'd tell everyone how he conducts business. I walked out calmly out to my car. Told my husband and he walked in . As soon as he saw my husband he started mumbling stuff my husband told him how wrong he was to rip off a woman and walked out. He then came running after him with a bunch of donuts in a bag apologizing. My husband said " you should apologize to my wife!" He then even went as far as walking up to my car window to apologize. I appreciate the apology but honestly feels like the owner just got caught ripping customers off! Also sad he laughed at me but he changed when my husband approached him. I don't comment on my businesses but can't let someone rip off hardworking people! I will never go to this Dunkin again and I hope others don't support...

Insider Tip, They reuse gloves and also serve food that has been dropped on the floor. 😷They also have no fly traps, so flies can go all over the donuts. And if you didn't know, flies can't chew so they throw up enzymes on their food to dissolve it. You're gettiny fly puke donuts and flies land on all kinds of disgusting things aswell. 🤢🤒 Coffee is an hour or more old on afternoon shift (even worse on night shift) supposed to change it every 15-20 min but they aren't on it. I went several times over a few weeks before labor day and the store hours changing. I placed an online order, on Labor Day, a few minutes after the app indicated the store was open. At 5:15 when I went to pick up the order, every light was off and the doors were locked. I went back several times in the next few days to see about a refund for the order, none of the hourly staff could process a refund and said the manager had to do it who was never there when I was.
