Infused Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

Came to this restaurant for a graduation dinner & was extremely dissatisfied in the service. My server was passive aggressive towards our party & seemed unhappy to compromise paying customers. Gratuity is mandatory 20%, you’d think we’d act a little happier about doing our job. I wasn’t the only person to notice his attitude & after forgetting a drink, he acted as if we never asked for one even though he checked an ID for said drink. We had a large party & asked to split the check into 3. Michael who was our waiter said that it shouldn’t be a problem & came back with a single check but no pen. So I scratched out my items & waited for him to come back. I explained everything that should be on the check I’d be paying for. He didn’t give me an itemized receipt for me to check which backfired since he made a mistake. He tried to claim “this is why we don’t split checks for large parties it says it in the menu” but the only thing mentioned in the menu is the 20% immediately gratuity you should be working for. I payed for the mistake he missed still paying for the item that wasn’t mine bc he was … too lazy to do a void? & then i had to pay him a tip for paying for his mistake! Splitting the bill the second time he F’d up again. Our bill was $400 & we were grateful & appreciative up until he got snappy about accommodating us. I have never been one to be picky about service and food, that being said this place left much to be desired. I want there last night (02/17/23) with my cousin and the moment we walked in, the staff saw us but no one acknowledged us. We stood for 5-7 mins before the same guy we been watching come in and out of the dining space come seat us down. No hellos, no sorry for the wait, just follow me and here you go. Mind you it wasn't crazy packed in there and there were plenty of folks working. We sat for another 15-20 mins before that same individual came to talk to us. Mind you that was after we tried to get his attention 10 mins in. He finally comes down, we put or order in, but i had to tell him we are pressed for time — hoping that would expedite the service, and we had a movie to catch. Food was surprisingly quick, we got cheesesteak egg rolls, wings and 2 lobster Mac. The appetizers were banging but the lobster Mac, ohh boy.... It barely had lobster in it and it looked like easy Mac with too much cheddar. It tasted like a rubber tire. As if that isn't enough, half way thru my meal i realized we never got offered drinks so we had to get that added and the music was so loud in there my apple watch told me several times the decibel levels were too high. I really miss this place being Red Hot and Blue. Since they’ve become “Infused”, they lost all my love for the restaurant bar. I’ve tried to give this place multiple chances to want to like it and make it our local spot like red hot and blue was. . Everytime my boyfriend and I go there, we get ignored for over 20 mins. It’s not even like it’s crowded. They’re steady. Last night after we sat down, no one acknowledged us, but yet several other couples came in and were being taken care of. They even brought the wrong drink that tasted disgusting. If the service was good, we would’ve stayed for more drinks and avoided ourselves. I don’t know what their issue is but they definitely lost good tips. The live music is the only thing that this place has going for it. It really is a shame that this place doesn’t know how to have good customer service and treat every person the same. Really...
