I will start with the fact that I never feel strongly enough to write a review - but when you are spending 50+ bucks on 12 cookies, I would expect much better service and availability then what I have repeatedly received at Crumbl. I’ve ordered from this place 4 times and 3/4 times I have had issues. The first time I ordered cookies for delivery, the box was missing 2 cookies. I wasn’t particularly upset as the place is new and I knew they were busy - easy mistake. I called right away and one of the employees said they would have a manager call me back to issue a refund for the 2 missing cookies. 3 days later and 2 more phone calls and I finally spoke with a manager who did go above and beyond and refunded me the whole order amount ( which was not what I was asking for as I only asked to be refunded the 2 cookies I didn’t receive, but was very appreciated). My second order was perfect. The third time I actually walked into the store as it was the first time I drove past and didn’t see a line around the parking lot. When it was my turn to order, the employee stood at the register with his back to me staring at the other employees working and folding boxes for a full 5-8 minutes until he finally turned around to face me to take my order. Weird. Fast forward to today, I placed my order yesterday for 12 cookies, a full 24 hours in advance and was notified 30 minutes before my order was set to be delivered that HALF the cookies in my order weren’t available. I didn’t have time to respond to the notification to try to let them know which cookies to replace the original ones with and when my order arrived, I wasn’t given a mix of the varieties they had on hand which I would have expected. Instead, I got 6 cookies from my original order and the remaining 6 were replaced with just chocolate chip. Frustrating and disappointing to say the very least. With so many other amazing bakeries in this area, I won’t be wasting my time or money...

This was my first visit to any of their locations. My son was very excited to try it. We arrived around six thirtyish and the line was out the door. However, we only waited maybe 15 minutes at the most.

We got the box of the week with the cookie cutter for an extra five dollars. The line moved pretty quick. The staff was very polite and attentive. We were watching them mass produce Cookies , nobody was ever standing around. Everybody was doing something very busy. I guess you could say it’s a well oiled machine.

The cookies all had the quality that they should have , they look like the pictures. My son is very critical and picky. I think he’s gonna be a food critic when he grows up Lol , but anyhow, it was important that it looked like the pictures and it did.

With this brand being so popular and the only South Jersey location, show up expecting that you’re going to wait in a line it’s just part of life nowadays plus the product is worth it. As far as people complaining about them cutting the line off an hour before they close. They have to have some type of system because otherwise they would be their hours beyond close, because people just keep coming and coming because it is such a popular brand and a good business.

If you get a chance to stop, and I definitely would , I highly...

I was super excited to try the new cookie place. There was no line this morning so I was able to get in there fast. $10 later I left with 2 cookies. The milk chocolate chip and a cinnamon frybread. I asked the nice gentleman at the counter twice what the Cinnamon one was because I just couldn’t understand him. There are no menus or prices just cookies on a platter in front of you. I would have loved if you could order the mini ones that were also displayed with no signage bc I would have probably ordered more, but as he explained to me, those were only for catering which needed advanced notice. The cinnamon fry bread one was great, once I looked it up and understood it a bit better, because even after the second time he said it, I still didn’t understand what he was saying, I just love cinnamon and thought how bad could it be. Now the chocolate chip cookie was probably the worst chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had. I felt like ingredients were missing, maybe sugar or brown sugar or something. My husband and I both tried it and felt like something was off. I feel like a signature cookie should be perfect, we each had a piece of this $5 cookie and I’m pretty sure the rest will end up in the trash. I’m usually not one to complain or leave bad reviews, but it was a...

I’m really surprised that this location has so many bad reviews. I’ve seen people complain about being cut off from standing in line an hour before close. I think it’s important to note that, with an HOUR wait time in line, the staff shouldn’t have to stay past close to service you. Cutting the line off an hour before close enables them to get through the rest of the line by closing time and to go home at a decent time. Everyone wants to try a piece of Crumbl. Considering the hype and the high-density population of Cherry Hill and the surrounding area, it should come as no surprise that this place has long lines and wait times. This is the only location in South Jersey, so if you can deal with waiting, you’re in for a treat. I came here for their soft opening and almost every week since then. The owner and staff are kind and make an efficient team. The cookies are well-made and of great quality. It’s always really fun finding out what the new flavors of cookies are every week and taking a 6-pack home to share and rate with my family. I do wish that they had a better system for letting folks in the line know about certain flavors being out of stock. That’s my only note about improvement

We went to the Cherry Hill location yesterday which was pretty busy but seemed to keep up with the busy pace! We got a 4 pack (Churro, Semi sweet choc chip, Triple chocolate, and PB munch) and then I used my bday coupon on the Blueberry Muffin one. Here's what we thought: Churro: The intensity of the flavor is amazing! Icing was a perfect texture, so was the cookie. Semi sweet: TONS of chocolate chunks throughout the entire cookie! These are those dream worthy cookies. Blueberry Muffin: Literally tastes like a blueberry muffin in a flattened form! It was amazing how much the cookie tasted like a muffin! Triple chocolate cookie: Very rich & dense. Not too overpowering and had a good balance with the different types of chocolate Peanut butter Munch: the icing and whatever was used for the crunchy part on top really helped to give this cookie a little extra but overall, this one had a more basic PB flavor with powerful after taste. Winner of the day: Chocolate Chip! Prices are $4.99 a cookie which isn't bad as the cookies are pretty large! We also love that each week Crumbl creates new flavors!
