Don't let the name fool you. The food is not Tuscan, rustic, or anything of the sort. We tend to avoid restaurants on holidays for obvious reasons but decided to do something different this year. That being said, we expected the service may be a bit slower... and we were right. We waited over an hour for our food tonight. These things happen. It's both understandable and forgivable when the food is on point. Sadly, for Tutti, they fell extremely short of the caliber they set for themselves. This place is fleecing the local community, skimping heavily on ingredients and quality, and cutting corners wherever they can. They either cut their EVOO with soybean oil or buy a blended olive oil. Completely unacceptable, especially for a Tuscan-inspired restaurant. The filet mignon on the menu was 86'd by 5PM, and we were told this only when we went to order. Also, the $50 prime rib special had a food cost of maybe 10%. Our server told us we had a "choice between medium or well done". We chose medium; it was beyond well done and mostly gristle. Terrible. Last but not least... the $34 lobster ravioli with rock shrimp was also disappointing. It consisted of 4 frozen ravioli full of mush. The real topper was the cheap Chinese baby shrimp in place of the rock shrimp. No integrity. Not even going to waste time on the Primavera. Completely generic, nothing remotely seasonal about it. A rip off for what they're charging. Our server was overwhelmed and rude; this place is very poorly managed, the wait staff was not well trained, and the small kitchen simply cannot accommodate the number of seats they packed into the place. This is obviously an upper management issue; I feel for the employees trying their best here. It's also very loud in the restaurant, not comfortable whatsoever. To sum this up, I would save my money if you're considering this place. Or plan on stopping at Wendy's after. You can get real deal Italian food nearby...

Inside is a bit loud and echoey even with only a few patrons. I can imagine it would get quite loud with more people. Most of the decor, flooring, and walls were hard surfaces, so that's probably why it's very echoey.
There's a covered patio area that was a bit quieter. It looks like it has COVID era window paneling that they remove a few sections during nicer weather to let in the outside air. It's got a brick floor so it's not super flat. The seating is patio type furniture, metal. I had a single spider mite crawling on my appetizer plate. I saw a few crawling along the window, so just know the outdoors are outdoors.
Food was great. I don't normally go for Italian but everything was great to me.
Table comes with bread, and a tomato faced bread. Olive oil, salt, pepper, chili flakes and Parmesan on the table.
Soup of the day, chicken orzo was hearty and full of chicken. It wasn't terribly salty either.
House made meatballs were plump and came with plenty of sauce.
Roasted garlic chicken had plenty of chicken too. Very creamy. Came with an additional spoon. Friend likened it to chicken Madeira from cheesecake factory.
Zuppa di pesce was very full of seafood. They were cleaner than I expected, I guess they really clean out all the sand and grit, as everything was so clean tasting and soft. You could easily spoon out the mussels from the shells with a spoon. Easier (not messy) to eat than anticipated.
Creme brulee was very light. Had a decent sugar crust on top, very mellow and spoonable. Almost whipped. Larger than expected. Not too sweet.
Tiramisu was very nice too. Airy and luscious.
Service was relaxed but attentive. Sal was quick to arrive, yet interactions were relaxed and non rushed. A pleasure.
Plenty of free parking. Though I see it get quite crowded on weekends. Unsure if reservations are recommended.

My first time here and I must say I was blown away by the hospitality from the minute I walked in to the last minute I spent walking off the patio it was nothing short of spectacular ! Daily specials ! A hit ! Wine menu amazing ! Appetizers over the moon. I started off with a nice glass of white wine house selection for about 26 bucks not bad ! Had a blue cheese and arugula salad candied walnuts and a raspberry vinaigrette entrees we did the risotto special crab cake in a vodka tomatoe cream sauce. Fantastic I followed up with pan Seared fresh filets of branzino in a mango salsa chutney ! I like how the chef plat d both sauces on each side of the dish ! Served with grilled eggplant and a vegetable medley. On a nice bed of creamy mashed potatoes everything came out hot delicious. The fresh bread and tomato baked in house the fired wood brick oven gives off a nice aroma to the entire restaurant. I finished the meal with a nice warm toffee pound cake moist melts in your mouth with vanilla Ice cream followed by a cappuccino ! Whole milk. I can’t wait to come back and visit this dynamic duo !
