I have bought several pieces of jewelry me and my wife and my two kids all have necklaces from here wonderful staff when youâre buying and they talk you into getting the insurance. But as this is my third time coming back for a broken necklace every time I have to upgrade because they donât have it and I spent the extra hundred200 $ whatâs the point of having the insurance if I canât get another one of what I purchased? I was there Wednesday and was told they were going to get it from another store she called her boss and she said a day or two itâs now Saturday I havenât even received a phone call and I call and they say theyâre still waiting for it to come. Communication is horrible they donât call you back when they tell you they will. The upgrade was $170 for the next Chain up I asked them today give me some type of discount because itâs not my fault they donât have it in stock and this is the third time Iâve come up and I donât have the chain and still have not called back and going on for weeks. And thereâs a simple no we canât do anything for you? So why am I paying for insurance if Iâm not getting what the insurance says? And they blame it on the cove at 19 but this isnât the first time we had similar issues months before and I got fed up and just upgraded now I refuse to itâs a money scheme they get you to keep upgrading and keep sucking...
Read moreThey have the worst customer service at the location thatâs right in front of Journeyâs. I was there today, 2/25/25, at approximately 2:30pm and the girl behind the counter with the septum piercing had the nastiest attitude! Sheâs also tricking customers into purchasing the warranty by lying and saying itâs required when purchasing ear piercings! This is NOT true! A warranty is recommended and optional, NOT required! I watched her lie to the customer before me, TRICKING him into purchasing it! When it was my turn to pay for my piercings, and I told her I did not want the warranty, she told me I could take it off the nose ring that I wanted to purchase and not the ear piercing! When I said to her, â I never heard of the warranty being required,â her response was â I don't know what to tell youâ. I ended up not purchasing my ear piercing and nose ring all because of her lies and horrible customer service. Customers shouldnât be tricked out of their money! Where is...

I had a very disappointing experience with Banter by Pagoda. When I purchased my items, the associate added a warranty to my purchase without informing me or asking if I wanted it. When I called to return the warranty, as I didnât want it, the associate reassured me that it could be useful if I ever lost an earring.
Recently, I lost an earring and went to the store to use the warranty, only to be met with rude and dismissive service. The associate informed me that the warranty didnât cover lost earrings unless both were present, which made no sense and was never explained when the warranty was sold to me.
This experience felt misleading and showed a lack of care for customers. The staffâs attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, leaving me with no resolution. I wonât be shopping here again and caution others about their deceptive practices and poor...
