I came here with my two daughters who were so hungry after walking for so long at the mall, we see waiter and waitress walking pass us and now I’m wondering at this point if we are invisible, for about 5 minutes no one ask if we needed help, they kept walking pass us and there was no one else’s waiting but us. At this point I approach the register and I ask if I’m the one that’s suppose to ask? The plump short girl says oh you’re suppose to sit yourself, next to her was standing a man with blonde hair and a face mask, they both looked at me as if I said something bad. I replied fine, I was literally standing in front of them and none of them ask If I needed help, honestly I wanted to leave but my daughters wanted the food, we eventually ended up sitting ourselves. How would I know that we are suppose to sit ourselves? The food was good according to my daughters, I did not order anything because of what happened, I had lost my appetite. It honestly doesn’t hurt to acknowledge. At this point I’m wondering if I should tip since the waiter was one of the waiter that walked pass me several times while I was standing, I ended up tipping because I know waiters rely heavily on tips, even though it...
Read moreThe best food inside Cherry Hill Mall! I have referred hundreds of friends and when relatives come to stay, this place is a must visit. As you enter Cherry Hill Mall, you are engulfed by an amazing aroma. If you follow the smell, you will end up at The Bistro Restaurant in the middle of the mall. I have been eating here for many years and I am never disappointed. The food is always delicious. Some of my favorites are their Famous Caesar Salad (the dressing so good), the Buffalo Chicken Wraps (they have the only ranch dressing I like), the Seafood Alfredo Pasta, and the Pizza. The fries are crispy and delish, the pickles. The service is great and the staff is friendly. I only wish there was more seating. If I had anything negative to say, it would be I noticed that sometime last year, the establishment started charging an additional fee for credit cards after they also increased menu prices. I used to patronize the restaurant approximately 5- 6 times monthly. Now maybe twice a month. Sometimes, I don't want the inconvenience of having to get cash. I refuse to pay more money for the food and then an additional fee for using my card. However, this restaurant continues to be my favorite in the...
Read moreBy far the worst dining experience I’ve had thus far...smh!! So the server forgot to ring in one of the items in my order & when I asked him about it he simply said, “Oh yea, I forgot!” No apology & no attempt to fix it. Also my friend ordered the Caesar salad & when they brought it out she asked, “May I have some croutons?”’ and the server simply replied, “We ran out of croutons.” As if he could care less, not to mention it would have been nice to know that up front. Then on top of that he slammed our food down in front of us, didn’t check & see if we needed anything not once (even though my glass was completely empty) and then when we tried to get his attention he blatantly ignored us 3 times. I didn’t know whether to be upset or laugh because I felt like I was being Punk’d or something. But I will not be returning here & for anyone interested in this place please stand clear of the short, skinny, white guy, with slightly gray hair, & tattoos covering up the psoriasis on his elbows & arms. It’s really upsetting because the food was pretty good, but it’s not even worth it because of the horrible customer service!! Btw I work in customer...
