Wawa — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

I used the app to make an order for pick up. When I got there, the order wasn't ready yet which im used to for this location. About 10 minutes later I see them finally starting to pack my order, and then the the guy disappears for 15 minutes and then comes back to finally finish the order which then im told by the manager that the breakfast burrito will be finished in 5 more minutes when I've already been waiting for nearly 40 minutes at that point. Finally about 10 minutes later, the burrito is finished, and then the lady who had to finish the other guys job comes to pack the order, and then drops my food onto the floor infront of me. This experience was so crazy that I honestly thought that I must've been in a nightmare. The only time ive had a good experience here was when I was just coming to get gas, when I make orders, its either the wrong food, or atleast 10...

Upon arriving at the WaWa location everyday the store is always clean, the employees are constantly sanitizing the whole store on a daily basis. I always feel safe and welcome when using this store . I really do like the fact that Ken let me bag my own items. This attempt to make less contact between people helps so much with the epidemic that we are dealing with right now. 100% recommend Ken's idea of having the customer bag their own items to promote and curb hand to hand contact as much as possible. The employees at store 08311 in Cherry Hill NJ are the best! Will always return to this store on a daily basis due to the great efforts the employees will go to make sure I have a safe and great...

For starters, Wawa is one of my all-time favorite chains, and I give the company 5-stars, now there's a "but". But this morning, after driving all night from Disney, we stopped here for fuel, coffee, & bathrooms.

The fueling went well enough, although I hate not being able to pump my own fuel.

The coffee was basically as expected, thank goodness.

Now here's the "but". But the mens room had urine and a pile of urine-soaked paper on the floor, about 3 inches high, and 8 to 10 inches in diameter. I know it was rush-hour, and the place was slammed, but I was disgusted.
