Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Cherry Valley Township

I went there not being a regular. They were quick to point out the moment I stepped inside that they were out of tomatoes and pickles. I said that was fine and he pointed out that they close in 30 minutes. All that before I even said any words at all other than "that's fine". I proceeded to order which was going normally enough until I asked for alfalfa sprouts (I am not a regular). I swear on my momma's grave that his response was and I quote " we don't have those here but you can take yourself to the grocery store if that's what you want." I swear to Jesus that's exactly what he said word for word. Anything he said after that about them not having it for years was completely lost on me. That was flat out extremely rude. I had done nothing to deserve that kind of treatment. Twice in 2 days they have messed up our orders. Yesterday they didn't give us the pickle we paid for. Today my sandwich was not made right according to how I asked to customize it on the app. The last 2 times we went to the store the staff looked under the influence of Marijuana and one time we could smell it rolling off the employee helping us. We ordered delivery this time and the driver looked absolutely angry that he had to deliver so close to closing time. This store used to be so pleasant and polite and now it's nothing like it used to be. We couldn't even call and ask for the issue to be made right because by the time we got our order the store was already closed. What used to be fast friendly service is now anything but. Ordered online order was confirmed got there 902 pm with a automated drive speaker say there closed ok . So I called inside and staff was super unhelpful were more worried about keeping my food then helping me so I simply asked about refund since I was already charged and was told I should get one. Called next day talked a Oscar who said he was second in charge of managers and asked for refund and was told that all he could do was replace order I told him that was unacceptable and he could have cared a less.
