Well first of all they are very slow, poor training of staff, Second there is a woman named Doris she is rude and disrespectful to her customers so now let me explain I told in that morning or do you need breakfast and number 2 combo with a large Coke Citi my total of $5.15 I waited and I waited and I waited to get up there to pay for my order the gym women are young man was new asked me if my order was a breakfast burrito and so forth and so on and I said no she asked me if it was another order and I said no I said I had a number 2 combo with a large Coke he looks at me and says I don't know nothing about no large Coke so you turned around to this woman named Doris I tell her what I had she was standing across the room yo where she couldn't stand wasn't at the window so I had to speak a little louder to her to explain to her what my order was and she said yeah we got it you don't have to yell at me my God okay well to me that's the most disrespectful way for any Customer Service employee to treat the people who make their paycheck because if it wasn't for people going and purchasing their product they would not have a paycheck they would not have a job so I suggest you McDonald's franchises that you need to send in customer service representatives to go in and check and see if they're doing their job properly and respectful this is about the only McDonald's That is rude and has disrespectful employees they act like you're bothering them when you pull up to the drive-thru and ask you if is that all you need is that all you want how disrespectful you know I've never heard of anybody talking to people like that I did drive away not pay for the order I wanted her to make sure she knew that one of her customers then I proceeded to go to the McDonald's in Dallas North Carolina I'll bet you the window the the speaker to make my order order the same thing and number 2 combo with a large Coke girl said would that be all for you and I said yes she gave me my total a $4.62 go figure the price is different the person behind the microphone it's much nicer explain to her why I was there she told me that was just uncalled for and gave me the manager to speak to they couldn't do anything because it's not their store and I understand that so I'm doing the next best thing giving now McDonald's in Cherryville North Carolina a bad review I need to teach their employees that customers are their meal ticket yeah we might be annoying and bothersome because they have to actually do something to make a paycheck but hey that's part of customer service I've been doing it and have done it for 25 years I've had people come into the businesses that I worked at and request me to help them because I treated them with respect and offered them things that you know they enjoyed so the next time you pull up to the McDonald's in Cherryville remember you may get that rude disrespectful employee named Doris on the other end of that microphone good luck have a...

I'm fed up with this franchise, this particular McDonald's, on any given night after nine has only two or three people working all the drive thru orders. I sat in a line ten minutes tonight to attempt to place an order with a guy taking my order who clearly couldn't careless that I'm here. While ordering he rings up two ten piece nuggets five times, when all I want is four mcdoubles. I literally said can I get the mcpick two, two mcdoubles on both and was asked "so ...what do you want with the mcpick two?" -.- really? It's like you're trying to make it hard for me to give you my money and this McDonald's is a reprehensible, laughable, joke of what this great American franchise used to stand for or represent. I personally despise this particular McDonald's now. I can't take it anymore. The service always sucks , here literally. So after I answered him a third time , asking for four mcdoubles he just suddenly becomes silent and says nothing for three minutes. When I start cursing out loud he miraculously returned to (somewhat) complete my order. I've never drove off from food, especially when I've not ate in 18 hours, but I just left and trust me most people in line were too.
