They are currently building a new Taco Bell right beside this one. This one that I went to yesterday was in the same building as KFC, which is a good thing because my father likes KFC and I like Taco Bell better. After this experience, all I have to say is thank the lord that they are splitting from KFC and hopefully getting new staff, a cleaner place and hot food to go with the new building. If you go take a coat as well. I was shivering because it was 60 degrees in there. Better than being hot though for sure! Well let's start out by saying that the place was rather dirty when we went in. I had to wipe the table before we sat down. Maybe I should have sat at the tables that were marked as reserved to maintain 6ft social distancing. They also had boxes EVERYWHERE. On the counter, on the floor. There were no napkins, straws, lids, sweet tea or sauces available to the people that were walking in. When the guy at the counter finally came up from behind the pile of boxes, I ordered the same thing that I always do: Two chicken chalupas and a fiesta potato. My dad got the breast meal from KFC. Again, this was super convenient. We spent 20$ on this meal. We got our meals and they were both cold. I received two quesadillas. I didn't order that, so I politely told them what I did order. The prices were the same so thank goodness I didn't have to deal with that. I asked for napkins and she made the remark that they were in the bag. They were not in the bag or I wouldn't have asked for them. They didn't have enough counter space to give me my food on a tray, so I got it in a box/bag. No big deal because I just went to the table and got my food out. Boy was I disappointed. Both of our food was cold. The breast was puny at best. The macaroni was dry. My chalupa was cold and the cheese wasn't even close to being melted. The biscuit was floury. The only good part of my meal was my diet Mountain Dew that I got because the Baja Blast Mountain Dew was out. When I went to throw out our trash, the cans were nasty. Not just dirty, but nasty. Then it was also difficult to get out of the parking lot because they are building the new TB next door. So in my opinion, go elsewhere. If you do decide to go here pray that you didn't have the experience that I had. We won't be back here. It may even take a bit before I go to the new Taco Bell next door. Disappointed was an...
Read moreMy sister's experience yesterday:
So my husband told me he wanted taco bell. So we ordered it on his phone and went to pick it up. We sat in the car and waited a while because it said it wasn't ready on the phone. After it said it was done I went in by myself and got it and went back out to the car. Now my husband ordered it and I don't really pay attention to everything he orders so I always have him check in the car to make sure they got everything. They forgot just one thing, which was his Mexican pizza. Now I hate going back in and saying anything, but my husband assured me it was no big deal and that he didn't think I needed to bring the bag in because it was one item. So I go in and tell them they forgot the Mexican pizza for Cecil's order. So the guy lets the other people know and they instantly start talking about me. Calling me the lady in the purple shirt and assuming I was a door dasher and trying to get free food. I could hear them the entire time. They even asked the guy if he checked the bag of food or the receipt and he said he was just doing it so he didn't hear me complain. I tried so hard not to cry, and even as one of the girls finally made the order and handed it to me she was like "you know as a door dasher you're not supposed to go through the bag before you deliver it right?" I told them it was my husband who ordered it and he was in the car, and she just rolled her eyes at me and sighed as if I'm lying or something. I told my husband and he instantly wrote a bad review, which is not what I wanted. So now I'm too scared to go into Taco...
Read moreAll honesty, they don’t even deserve the one star given, but perhaps it can be earned in time. I’m a traveling food critic, I was in the area visiting friends, decided to stop here to grab a bite to eat because why not? I’m a foodie and do miss eating the occasional fast food. Let’s just say I regret the decision. The levels of incompetence and unsanitary conditions are quite disturbing. Not only did the employees mess up the order entirely, but they did not wear gloves and were cross contaminating, let’s not forget that they didn’t get the food out in a timely manner. Perhaps if they spent less time goofing around and horse playing, and more time paying attention to the orders and what they’re cooking, they may possibly earn the single star given. When I got my food, it was undercooked, and it would seem that old ingredients were used. More than half of my order was missing, and I have found several strands of hair in the food. Disgusted, I opted to not finish my meal, and go take care of business. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and the tables are ridiculously dirty, as though none of the employees know what a cleaning rag is, let alone what it is used for. Do not recommend- this one is going in the blog for sure as...
