Neha’s Ice Cream — Restaurant in Cherryville

My fiancé, 3 year old and I went there for some late night ice cream around 8:30PM. We got full 5-star service. We got to meet both owners, husband and wife and they treated us so nicely❤️They told us their stories of how they have been there for 25 years and they named their ice cream store "Neha", which is their daughter's name. Such a lovely family. We felt bad for coming in 30 minutes before they closed, but they stayed a little late just to let us sit, enjoy our ice cream and get to talk to them. The ice cream by the way was AMAZING, so delicious! My fiancé got the butter pecan and I got the Midnight Caramel Swirl. My daughter got the strawberry ice cream with sprinkles. We loved our first experience there and they are open 7 days a week all year round. You'll never find an ice cream store like that! I really hate to post a bad review about one of my local favorites. The guy who is the owner is always extremely nice to me and my family. This place is pretty pricey and we go there occasionally as a special treat. We decided to go today and I was very disappointed to be over charged when it is already expensive. I ordered a kids cone $3.99 and a kids cup $4.50 and a cone with 2 scoops which was $6.50. She told me my total was $18.60 so I asked is that right? That doesn’t sound right. She told me prices for each item and I’m like ok that still doesn’t add up. But I didn’t want to make a big deal of it. So I go out and add it up again and it was not right. Then I look at my account and was charged $19.35 because I used a card. So unfortunately we will no longer be able to visit this place. I just can’t...

We visited Neha's for the first time today, and it was arguably the best experience I've had at an ice cream parlor in a very long time. We each got one of the best hot fudge sundaes i have had in years. They have just about every flavor possible (including a personal favorite that I have been previously unable to find anywhere except for publix stores...) They have a welcoming atmosphere, a spacious dining area, and exceptional customer service. Prices are fair, I would even consider them to be on the low side considering inflated product prices. 10/10...
