Arby's — Restaurant in Chesapeake

Went to this arbys for a second and LAST TIME .staff was rude INCLUDING the MANAGER who acted like she was disgusted that I DARED TO ask for a CLASSIC ROAST BEEF because as she nastily said that THEY WERE OUT OF ROAST BEEF .. no apologies just walked away from the counter as if maybe there was nothing else for me to choose from &when i asked for the cheesesteak philly she really huffed &puffed .but both times ive gone here they have BEEN OUT OF RAOST BEEF .once during a late afternoon visit and this second time around 9 pm .so I WONDERED WHEN DO THEY HAVE IT ? .I MEAN how do you RUN OUT of roast beef when THAT'S what you PRIMARILY sell ??!!,. the line on this night was at least 15 cars deep around the drive through...there was no employee outside ANYWHERE to tell these waiting people in their cars that they had no more roast beef to sell & that they were not going to be making more so those people were sitting there (only to EVENTUALLY find out they wasted their time ) it's not fun waiting in long lines but it's especially wrong to make customers WAIT for a particular food like a roast beef sandwich that unknowingly to them they won't get at all AND EVEN WORSE making people wait WHILE THE EMPLOYEE INSIDE who should have been hustling in a HURRY to get orders out OR who could have been outside TELLING FOLKS there wasn't any ROAST BEEF ,..but SHE was MORE CONCERNED with what was going on in HER PHONE ! THE Place was FILTHY INSIDE everywhere - counters- floors & customer tables just messy and nasty !! eww !! I WILL never again go TO THIS AWFUL ARBYS by the big Kroger store ! id rather drive 4 miles back down the opposite direction on battlefield to the arbys ACCROSS FROM CHESAPEAKE REGIONAL where their employees are always VERY POLITE and its ...

I went to Arby’s in the Kempsriver shopping area and felt the service, lamb gyros and shake was outstanding! Brayden and Ms. Rawls were extremely pleasant and accommodating. I’m glad I chose to go inside the restaurant for my takeout order as opposed to the drive thru. I used coupons and saved as well. The lamb gyros were priced $6 for 2 of them and my shake was $1. I couldn’t remember the name of the flavor but it’s something like jocamo and was described as coffee flavored. I left feeling as tho I had tasty bargains. The gyros has fresh tomato slices and lettuce. My favorite part is the sauce so I asked for extra. I look forward to doing the survey on the receipt in hopes of the 2 great employees that I had the pleasure of receiving service from, are recognized. I look forward to going back to try the new Wagyu burger or the Rueben sandwich. I was stationed in Okinawa while in the Marines and fell in love with Kobe beef…the new burgers are supposed to be made from beef treated the same...

Came here Saturday evening at around 7:45 and Myeshia took our order. She giggled throughout my placing of said order and everything I seemed to say struck her as funny enough to laugh at for some reason. Then we pulled up and she was still giggling and smirking, which was kind of weird and annoying. We had ordered the loaded fries and the 9 piece nugget combo. She took it upon herself to put no sauce on our order/receipt, so we had to ask please can we have some sauce. Then we opened the bag to find that the loaded fries were in a box usually reserved for their sandwiches, not the customary bowl that they should come in. The food was no where near hot. So, I have come here on other days and the service and food was way better and I didn’t have anyone laughing at the customer or giving us lukewarm food....
