Came here with my daughter to get her a cake pop. The outside line was long, and she wanted to go inside anyway, so we did. Took forever to park, because the drive thru line was poorly designed. Upon entering, we looked at the display case, and it had lots of little bugs inside (I circled these in my photos). I guess I should have turned around then. Ordered, then was told to wait. Every other time, they get me the food while at the register. After 5 minutes, I asked about the treat. Was given a blank look and told it wasn't ready yet. (Um, you don't have to make them...) After 10 minutes, I went back to the register, and a different person greeted me. I told them I had waited 10 minutes for one cake pop. However, waiting in line for as long as I did and come to find my drink was made incorrectly was upsetting. So when I went inside they really weren’t that friendly and I had ordered something that was incorrectly made. They proceeded to redo it and it was disgusting. There was like no flavor. Read moreTerrible. I had my boyfriend go in to get me a simple iced coffee. He waited for 10min and had to go through the line again because no one would acknowledge him. He told the lady at the computer that he thinks they forgot to make his drink.. then she told him some bs and that it will be made in the order that it was taken. Which would make sense however the person who ordered AFTER him got their drinks before him. Once they actually made the drink they got it entirely wrong. So I then went back inside and waited about 5min and NO ONE would acknowledge me.
