Arby's — Restaurant in Chesapeake

We were working and decided to stop in today (Sunday 3/30) for lunch between jobs. While waiting in line I overheard the cashier mention to another customer that the restaurant was out of fish...(ummm it's Arby's, this is the place for beef not fish lol) the customer was clearly irritated but the young lady working the register handled it beautifully! Then, the same customer wanted to substitute a couple drinks for shakes...well unfortunately they were out of those as well and again she handled the situation amazingly! Oh and they were out of ketchup in the dispenser, but again she came to the rescue! To be honest the service here is usually sub-par at best and quite slow but, the young lady taking orders today around lunch really made the day with her exemplary service and personality! As a local business owner myself, I love when our customers leave reviews highlighting a specific employee that stands out to them and I'm hoping the franchise owner does the same. If she's not management yet then she certainly needs to be fast tracked and put in a position where she can show her potential. I've been coming here for years and this was by far the best...

EDIT: I gave them a couple years to get their act together before I went back. If possible, their service is WORSE than before. Placed an online order while at the store, they served two other customers before even starting on my order. The Chicken Bacon Swiss was still cooking but the rest of my food was sitting on the counter getting cold. No sauces were filled, every table was dirty, and trash was full (at 11am!). Obviously management for this store does not care. I will definitely drive to ANY OTHER store if I am craving Arbys. Time from order to fulfillment of order was 19 minutes. Thats pretty glacial for fast food.

should be zero stars, thats the level of customer service at this location. Tried to use the drive through, but its cash only, credit card machine is broken. Go inside and employee ignores me while she plays on her phone. After she takes my order, refuses to allow me to use either the birthday coupon or Halloween special coupon. I have used coupons at this location before without a problem. Manager was no help either. Won't be going back, there are plenty of other fast food holes...

The best Arby's in Chesapeake hands down is in the Hillcrest area of Chesapeake. The staff is friendly and food is fresh..The arby's on battlefield blvd across from the hospital in Chesapeake sucks...stay away..especially at night...The young manager at night is lazy..I went thru there one night and he claims they are out of several items including there number one selling item (curly fries).How does arby's run out of curly fries when u sell them in the grocery stores now but can't keep them in the restaurant.. Obviously poor management...I even call customer service...They don't care...The owners of this arby's doesn't even care...I even tries to reach out to them because this wasn't my first bad experience at this location...I can't even understand the people at their customer service..sounds like the guy was sitting in his living room in another country...if u don't believe me contact customer service for...
