This location was good 2 years ago but a lot has changed. Other Domino's locations do not have the issues this one does and I don't know if it's just bad luck with staffing or poor management running staff away. Regardless my orders of the past year+ starting being wrong 50% of the time and then they just stopped offering delivery most of the time over most of 2021 along with being closed by 9pm frequently despite their posted hours stating otherwise. Now for the second time, my order was canceled after it was already placed, and they closed the store early because they are understaffed. Based on other reviews it appears that this happens a lot lately. I thought I would never order from this location again but tonight I gave it another shot. I was of course reminded why I told myself that. I give lots of chances but this location has had it rough. Maybe my negative review (along with the countless others) will get the attention of corporate to assist them with correcting whatever issues they may have.
Update: I do understand the staffing/hiring issues within the industry across the nation as of late. Ultimately I understand that wages and benefits are a growing concern to all positions. That being said, if Domino's can't create a work environment with adequate wages/benefits to keeps their workers, then clearly it's a time for change. Some places can keep workers close to colleges since students will take whatever jobs are available when they're living on-campus, but the demographic is dynamic location-to-location and that sort of job demand can't be relied on. Corporate and franchise owners need to function as a single unit and address these issues here and now - and this isn't just a Domino's-exclusive problem.
Update: Forgot to tip on the app accidentally. Been on phone for over 45 minutes and no one is answering just so I can be a good customer and tip but the service is so bad I can't even help their staff out. This is insane. I literally have them on 2 different lines. No one will...
Read moreI placed an order online for delivery Store is less than 2 miles away but it took over an hour for my food to be delivered and once it was delivered my pizza was cold. During the wait time, I tried numerous times to call the store and NOBODY would answer the phone. This is INEXCUSABLE and very unprofessional. My order was definitely not worth what it cost me. UPDATE: January 26,2024. Tried to give this location another chance even after they did nothing for the last time I ordered. I tried calling the store because I wanted my thin crust pizza cut NORMALLY instead of the ridiculously squares but as usual NOBODY would answer the phone. *UPDATE April 13,2024 After speaking with the manager regarding the last b ad experience with this location I was given a credit for any future orders. Tonight I attempted to place an order and cash in on my credit. Tried calling the store and the girl who answered refused to put the manager on the phone. Instead she rudely placed me on hold and NOBODY came to the phone. I called back and before I could even say anything the person who answered rudely placed me on hold AGAIN. Tried THREE times after that and NOBODY would answer the phone. This is ridiculous and completely UNACCEPTABLE. UPDATE August 12,2024 Called the store at 9:12pm to try to cash in on my store credit. The woman who answered took my order and applied my credit and I was told I would receive my order in 30 minutes. When it became 20 minutes after I should have received my order I called back to the store. As usual I was given a bunch of excuses why I hadn't received my order and then was rudely hung up on. When I called back the person who picked up hung up immediately without saying anything. When I called again NOBODY would answer at all. Read moreI just had the worst experience I have ever had with Dominos and in general. I ordered a pizza and not only was it burnt the first time but the order wasn't even correct. We called and allowed them to replace it... the replacement was way undercooked and incredibly doughy. At this point we were frustrated and didn't want another replacement when the first two were horrible. We called and the manager was incredibly rude to us. He said that my pizza wasn't burnt and that the second one was fine and pretty much that I'm lying. He offered a credit and we made it clear that we did not want a credit because we would not be eating there again. He then said there was no way to refund us based on how long ago we had ordered the pizzas..... it had been less than two hours since we placed our order! He then told me he was busy and had to go. He stated that he would not refund us but would send another replacement but would have the driver pick ours up. He said if not every single slice was in the box he would charge us again for the replacement that we made clear we didn't even want. Also the slices we took a bite out were in the trash but the rest of the pie untouched. He then said there was no possible way he would refund us and if there was anything else he could do.... I stated that I wanted his name to report how incredibly rude he was to me to the corporate office.
