My wife and I have bought donuts and coffee on several occasions since we moved to the area. The morning crew is the definition of BAD ATTITUDE. Not once have they said one positive word to either of us. Drive through or walk in does not change the atmosphere. This morning we went in and the young lady spoke so low we couldn’t even make out what she was saying. My wife ask for a dozen donuts and she said “ How many donuts do you want?” My wife who does not put up with crappy attitudes said A DOZEN again. The girl took off her headset and through them on the counter as if we were the ones with the negative attitude. Half of the assortment of donuts were stale, just like the morning crew. Not once have we heard Good morning, or what can we do for you, or even a How are you this morning. I think the management should invest in an attitude seminar for this bunch. Read moreI went up there and ordered three coffees and a chai latte... one French vanilla cold brew with cold foam cream and sugar ... a signature salted Carmel iced latte and a hazelnut ice coffee with cream and sugar... we get the coffees and the first two had no cream or sugar and the signature Carmel had no whip cream and tasted horrible. I had kids in the car and sent in two of my friends to get them remade. They refused and said they would only remake the two and add whip cream to the Carmel latte and if I wanted the third remade it would be full price... I go inside because at this point I’m mad I spent 15$ on coffees that were horrible and I come every morning. They stood there and argued with me say they don’t have a manager on duty and refused to give me a contact number. Then when I said I don’t agree with paying full price 5$ for a coffee I just paid 5$ for the man up front argued with me over the price saying the coffee was only 4.89 (and without tax) so 5$ like I said. Read moreI’ve frequented this location for over a year now. I’ve given more chances at redemption than I’d like to admit. With that being said, this is THE WORST location I have ever given my money to. Poor customer service starting at the drive thru - this is certainly no Chik-Fil-A. Don’t expect greetings or pleasantries, but instead attitudes and crudeness. That experience typically carries to the window where they’ll take your payment, hand over your order, and send you off without having said a single word. Regarding the product itself, coffee is inconsistent and the food nearly inedible. I’ve received sandwiches still frozen into the second bite. Donuts and munchkins are stale and old (thank God my toddler doesn’t seem to mind.) Hashbrowns are soggy and soaked in OLD frying oil. There really are no facets to overall operations that I can complement. I strongly encourage management and/or owner/operators to dial in and make immediate improvements.
