Five Guys — Restaurant in Chesapeake

I'm not sure how the floors are being cleaned, but the last time I came in there for a pickup order, I used the bathroom and could barely stand up while using the bathroom since my feet were sliding all over the place. Then today, I came in for another pickup order and the floor in the main area was slippery too (not anything like the bathroom but enough to make it annoying and uncomfortable. This is something that needs to be corrected.

Update: It's been a while since my initial review. While the floors were not an issue this time, I did place a mobile order that was to be ready at 8:19pm. I walked in at 8:18pm, expecting to be told that the fries will be dropped, only to be informed that they're just now getting started on my order. Mind you, there were 2 people waiting that had placed orders and there was no one else placing orders. 4 employees were standing around and it's clear that they simply missed the receipt hanging out of the printer for mobile orders. I did not receive my order until 8:34pm. Subsequently, I'll have to remove another star.

I'll add that the few other times I have placed mobile orders at this location, I have not run...

Visible location from the road and clean from debris outside. Interior is clean and management is proactive in maintaining cleanliness. During recent visit management walked around and asked staff to clean little 🥜 shells from floor 👍. Carry out and pick-up only. No dine-in. Timeliness of the order was easy and quick. Appreciate you can now purchase without 🍞 and have lettuce wrap or bowl for hamburger or hot dog. The only drawback is hamburger is greasy. Would recommend taking off grease prior to putting burger on bun or in lettuce wrap. Lots of toppings and condiments to choose from YEAH A-1 Sauce!! French fries portions is great because they top it off. Price is reasonable when you consider other fast food location has lesser quality of meat and not as many toppings options. Our consumption of beef is limited and when we crave a burger we go to Five Guys. Please Please find a way to take off excess grease from grill unto buns or lettuce wrap and aluminum foil wrapping of sandwich. Sorry no pictures we ate it so quickly and it...

Ordered Curbside pickup. Got there and checked in on my phone at 8:24. Waited about 5 minutes and then called the store at 8:29. I saw manager answer the phone and told her my name and I checked in for curbside. She told me that the order had just come through- not sure how since I did the online order at 8:16. I waited until 8:39, another 10 minutes before I walked in. I told them that I had checked in and called and had been outside waiting now for 15 minutes. The manager, Ashley spoke up and asked how long. I told her I checked in 15 minutes ago and called her 10 minutes ago. She said well, it’s ready and as I was still explaining how they shouldn’t do curbside if you have to sit out there for 15 minutes, she interrupts me and says have a good night. You talk about RUDE. Then & only then when i asked her name did she say “I’m sorry” Bye bye Five Guys. I don’t give my business to restaurants that are slow and have poor customer relations.
