Today I placed an order at 10:27 itās currently 10:59 and I havenāt even received my drinks. I used my reward and and instead of grande o asked to switch the simple cold brew to a venti. Per the APP Iām allowed to do so.. well the manager Austin told the associate that was fine No worries. However, I have yet to receive my beverage. This location this Starbucks really sucks. And itās not the employeeās fault because they donāt provide the locations. However, the service can be a little better because they know itās a busy location. The associates name is Sarah. She seem not too concerned with getting my beverage prepared. She also got really frustrated when I explain to her that they upsized the wrong drink. Whatās funny is I frequent this location and when I go to the drive-through I never have a problem. However, when I go inside is always an issue. Maybe this lets me know that I donāt need to go inside because theyāre never prepared. As I watched customer after customer, get their beverages and food items and leave the store. I begin to wonder if they even more worried about getting my things together. Thankfully, Austin came over and apologized⦠but, how am I going to take this watery Frappuccino home to my husband because heās going to look at me like Iām crazy. Last time I came here I ordered a short soy latte, they managed to make it a pumpkin spice disaster so the manager said I could come back and get a free Short soy latte since I didnāt get the Short soy latte that I paid for. She took my name down, and my order. So I went back two days later and ordered a short soy latte! I told the girl in the window that this one was supposed to be comped because they messed mine up last time, she knew who I was and handed me the latte and said have a great day! What did I end up with? A chai tea latte! I had my pup in the car with me so I can go and I pulled up call the store and the manager assured me she made it herself and I assured her she did not make a soy latte, she read me everything and realize in fact, she made me a chai latte. She said I could pull back through...after waiting on all of the other vehicles to go through..and get another one. At this point I My 10 minute coffee run had turned into a half hour. I always go back places if they mess up once but seriously? I ordered an iced green tea soy latte and they put regular coffee (obviously not green) in the cup with the label that said matcha green tea latte. My husband did not know what I ordered and brought it home anyway. I would have just drank it anyway but I didnāt know if it was made with soy. So I drove al the way back from my house. After informing them of the situation, I requested the right drink which they assured me they would make. I ordered from the mobile app in the first place because I was in a hurry. But now I had to drive all the way back, try to get someoneās attention only to be ignored, wait in line, finally tell someone the situation, wait another ten minutes after ordering at which point they STILL had yet to make my drink. If YOU mess something up and waste all someoneās time like that, you should make a point to fix that and fix it promptly. The reason I I give them two stars is because the person who rang me up was polite and apologetic and gave me my money back and I left with no drink.
