Today I placed an order at 10:27 it’s currently 10:59 and I haven’t even received my drinks. I used my reward and and instead of grande o asked to switch the simple cold brew to a venti. Per the APP I’m allowed to do so.. well the manager Austin told the associate that was fine No worries. However, I have yet to receive my beverage. This location this Starbucks really sucks. And it’s not the employee’s fault because they don’t provide the locations. However, the service can be a little better because they know it’s a busy location. The associates name is Sarah. She seem not too concerned with getting my beverage prepared. She also got really frustrated when I explain to her that they upsized the wrong drink. What’s funny is I frequent this location and when I go to the drive-through I never have a problem. However, when I go inside is always an issue. Maybe this lets me know that I don’t need to go inside because they’re never prepared. As I watched customer after customer, get their beverages and food items and leave the store. I begin to wonder if they even more worried about getting my things together. Thankfully, Austin came over and apologized… but, how am I going to take this watery Frappuccino home to my husband because he’s going to look at me like I’m crazy. As I explained the negligence and lack of service I received. This sucks! The cold Bre had very little coffee and a ton of foam!! šŸ˜”

I go to this Starbucks all the time, but this time I am really disappointed. Placed a mobile pick up at 9:45 and it told me to pick up at 10. I grab my keys and go to the drive thru line. I am 9 months pregnant, feet are super swollen and makes it hard for me to move around much so I did not want to go inside. Obviously ordering there today was a huge mistake. Spent almost 30 minutes in the drive thru line only to be handed a Frappuccino that was not in the slightest bit frozen. When I shake the cup, it moves around like regular water. Definitely not ordering mobile ever again from this location. When I paid 9 dollars for a custom Frappuccino, they could have done way better. The drive thru people are nice, but do better Starbucks.

Starbucks is normally my drive-thru coffee go to. Today, i went in with a few friends to just sit and order one of the many non-coffee summer drinks currently available. Our local Starbucks wasn't super busy. The building was cool. As usual, there was a great playlist going. I ordered my drink and a brownie. I was offered the opportunity to have it heated. Of course, i said yes!!!! My drink was ready quickly and i believe Angels sang when i bit into my brownie. My Pineapple delight was yummy and refreshing. It had a tad too much ice, but who's complaining on this hot day!!!! I enjoyed this little break from the normal pop thru the drive thru that i usually do.

First time writing A review! I am just that frustrated. Last time I came here I ordered a short soy latte, they managed to make it a pumpkin spice disaster so the manager said I could come back and get a free Short soy latte since I didn’t get the Short soy latte that I paid for. She took my name down, and my order. So I went back two days later and ordered a short soy latte! I told the girl in the window that this one was supposed to be comped because they messed mine up last time, she knew who I was and handed me the latte and said have a great day! What did I end up with? A chai tea latte! I had my pup in the car with me so I can go and I pulled up call the store and the manager assured me she made it herself and I assured her she did not make a soy latte, she read me everything and realize in fact, she made me a chai latte. She said I could pull back through...after waiting on all of the other vehicles to go through..and get another one. At this point I My 10 minute coffee run had turned into a half hour. I always go back places if they mess up once but seriously? Y’all wrote down what my order was supposed to be when you messed it up the first time… Save the time and your belly from any allergies, and just go...

I’ve literally never written a bad review in my life but here it does. I understand being busy and mistakes happen. I ordered an iced green tea soy latte and they put regular coffee (obviously not green) in the cup with the label that said matcha green tea latte. My husband did not know what I ordered and brought it home anyway. I would have just drank it anyway but I didn’t know if it was made with soy. So I drove al the way back from my house. After informing them of the situation, I requested the right drink which they assured me they would make. I ordered from the mobile app in the first place because I was in a hurry. But now I had to drive all the way back, try to get someone’s attention only to be ignored, wait in line, finally tell someone the situation, wait another ten minutes after ordering at which point they STILL had yet to make my drink. If YOU mess something up and waste all someone’s time like that, you should make a point to fix that and fix it promptly. The reason I I give them two stars is because the person who rang me up was polite and apologetic and gave me my money back and I left with no drink. I’ve never had any problems with this starbucks before but that whole situation was...
