I have gone there a lot because it is convenient and close to home. They are only getting one star because the building looks okay most days. However, I am very sick and tired of pitiful, horrible, unprofessional attitudes that I get from almost every employee. The food is always cold. I am always missing several food items. I call the store almost every single time and the phone just rings. No one ever answers the phone. The store is constantly out of food to measures beyond what would be considered acceptable.
Tonight will most likely be my last time giving them a chance. Tonight, I went to the drive-thru. I was told over the speaker but the drive-thru is down, and I was asked to come inside. I went inside, placed my order, and had a seat. They were out of almost every food item. The soda machine had no soda in it. It was flat and/or had no soda flavoring. There was no tea to drink either. They had the attitude that made it seem as if they were expecting their paying customers to drink water. My food was not even warm. The chicken tenders that were given to me, were cut in half to equal the number that I ordered. The mashed potatoes appeared to have been sitting for a while. The biscuits were hard as a rock and stale. I had to walk up to the counter four different times . They forgot one of my sandwiches, my silverware, my cookies, and my receipt. I was given the wrong sandwich, and the person taking the order decided to just take the sandwich I was given and pour the sauce Of the sandwich I was supposed to get onto it. It was absolutely drenched. I asked for my receipt and she acted as if she did not hear me several times and then walked away. I decided to wait until they were not as busy at the counter to get my silverware and the manager on duty caught sight of me and asked if I was waiting on something. I told him that I was waiting for the counter to become less busy so that I could get my silverware. He then proceeded to mumble derogatory things that I will not repeat under his breath and told me to get up and get my silverware. There was another customer that was there way before I got there who was still waiting on their food for about 30 minutes after I got there. He was given the runaround all for a $5 fill up. I have never seen a restaurant this an organized, who cannot seem to order supplies before they are completely out of food. I have never been to a restaurant that has no customer service or respect for their customers. I have called that restaurant a number of times and have never received an answer. The phone rings and rings and rings until you get an odd fax machine message. KFC is one of the only fast food chains that I go to. Read moreI don’t even know where to begin with how terrible this KFC is. First and foremost, the food is absolutely unsanitary. I literally watched a woman scraping the old food off of the edges of the silver containers that had crusted up back into the food. She was serving customers. I was waiting for an order and making direct eye contact with this lady as she scraping the crusty old cheese from the macaroni and cheese container back into the macaroni and cheese and has the audacity when she’s finished to scoop a serving out to give to a customer. Before that even happened I was just looking around at the filth and to be honest with you. I normally go through the drive-through so I had no idea what I was eating out of but now that I’ve been inside and I’ve seen the conditions I will absolutely never ever in my life eat here again and anyone who tells me that they think about eating there I will let them know, that is not the place they need to go. On top of that the employees are well below average on their customer service skills. They are rude and dismissive and act like they are so tired and worn out that they don’t have time to deal with you. Read moreOrdered for pickup on Uber eats, went through the drive through and no one said a single thing to us, so we pulled around to go inside and the doors were locked, so we pulled back around after seeing 2 workers inside on their phones just standing around doing nothing, then when we got to the intercom the lady in the back says “were sold out” clicks the intercom off and we sit there for another 2 minutes until she comes back on says we’re sold out again and I have to say we’re here for a pickup, and you don’t close until 12 so you should have food especially if you have online orders coming in, she asks for the name we give it and when we pull up to the window she glares at us and stand there while our drinks are being poured she’s standing there on her phone which I think is highly unsanitary. Shoves our drinks at us, and when our food is done (meaning they weren’t sold out) she basically tries to toss it into our car and turns right back around and gets on her phone. And I can see on the inside screen that there’s like 10 different orders that need to be made.
