I just had the worst experience at this location. I asked for my burger off the broiler. I then watched him grab my burgers out of the heater. I asked again for fresh burgers. He told me they were just off the broiler. I asked if he could just please run me fresh burgers. This is why I came inside instead of the drive thru so I don't hold up the line. After arguing he agrees with an attitude. I then proceed to watch employees talk about me like I am a horrible person for requesting a fresh burger. I explain I worked at BK for 8 years and I can tell the difference. Once you have fresh, you can't go back. I get my burger it is still obviously not off the broiler. It looks dry and rubbery. I show my husband who agrees it is not fresh. I take it back and ask for refund. The employee gaslights me the manager argues with me gets and attititude, gaslights me, and then ask how long ago did I work at BK sarcastically. She said that is how their fresh burgers look now. I reply, then something is wrong with your broiler because every other BK gives me a greasy, wet, fresh looking patty when it comes off the broiler. Fortunately she does give me a refund for my burger. I eat BK every week and after years of whoppers I have learned how I like it. If off the broiler is an option, why do I have to fight for it? Extremely unprofessional, and lying to customers for no real reason. I wish I took pictures of my my burger to post so you all can see how it looked. It wasn't super old, but it was not fresh off the broiler either. I should not be belittled and laughed at over a $6 burger. This is one of those customer experiences that was so bad that I will never forget it. Iāve never had a good experience at this particular location but I had coupons and I had used one the day before with no issue so why not. Well Saturday morning I had the unfortunate pleasure of having Dontae at the window. We were placing our order and when we it came to our drinks we asked could we get cokeās. Immediately Dontae has a tone to his voice NO YOU CANT switch out the drinks YOU HAVE A COUPON. I stated I had used a coupon the day before and oh my you could hear the lip smack now I get WELL I WONāT HERE YESTERDAY and also his manager is now also talking over him itās a coupon it reads NO SUBSTITUTING. Well Iām sorry because like I said I had just substituted cokes for my drinks the day before because the coffee always tastes like itās been sitting for two days. I donāt understand why so much lip smacking attitude over a Coke but hey Iām good. Chic Fil A and Dunkin will continue to be busy as long as youāre staff and management team continue to be rude over a Coke instead of coffee why donāt they just offer up charge because not everyone wants coffee .
