I rarely write reviews, but my repeated experiences with this McDonald’s location have been so consistently disappointing that I feel compelled to speak up. This establishment has proven itself incapable of handling even the most basic aspects of service. Let me elaborate: Straws: How hard is it to include a straw with a drink? It’s not a special request—it’s basic, standard practice. Yet, time and time again, I open the bag to find myself struggling to drink my beverage without one. This level of negligence is absurd. Sauces: This is where the frustration skyrockets. I’ve paid extra for sauces on numerous occasions, yet they are almost always missing. I shouldn’t have to double-check my bag every single time to ensure I get what I’ve paid for. It feels like this location simply doesn’t care about delivering what their customers are entitled to. Repeated Failures: Mistakes happen, sure. But when the same issues occur repeatedly, it stops being a mistake and starts looking like incompetence or indifference. This isn’t just a one-off bad experience; it’s a consistent pattern of poor service.
Overall, this location has demonstrated a complete disregard for the quality of its service. If you can’t handle the basics, how can customers trust you to get anything right? Unless you enjoy chasing down missing items or being perpetually disappointed, I strongly recommend finding another McDonald’s to visit.

Read moreShout out to the two workers handling the drive thru tonight (50 cent burger day). I’m sure they had a busy, tiring day, with lots of rude customers and stress. If they did, they did not let it affect their customer service. They greeted us with a smile and handed us our food with the same. I had a little hiccup with ordering in my app, and I’m sure my explanation through the drive thru speaker was stressful and confusing. The girl on the other end asked us to come to the first window. My app issue thankfully resolved while waiting in line, and when we pulled up, she didn’t look upset, although I’m sure she was not looking forward to dealing with this situation. She happily and quickly grabbed my burger and she actually remembered I had mentioned in the middle of my rambling I wanted ketchup only! If I were her, I would have admittedly had an attitude and would definitely not have remembered that detail. I went back later to get my husband fries and the same girls were there, 3 hours later, still smiling and making me feel like a valued customer. So many drive thru employees don’t even make eye contact with me, or say much. Your simple kindness did not go unnoticed and is what the world needs now. Great job...
Read moreAbsolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I used to eat here twice a week. Never again. Their service has been on the decline for a long time now. Today, I spent 31 minutes waiting for my food, and 21 of those minutes were from the time I paid, until they brought it to me. When you walk inside, the floors are disgusting and have a slippery film all over them. Their orange juice machine hasn't worked for at least the last month and a half, so I had to get Dr Pepper, which was nothing but syrup and tasted horrible. You can't understand a word the lady at the drive thru is saying. She sounds like someone who has smoked 10 packs of cigarettes a day for the last 50 years. The laziness from the staff is unbelievable. They all drag their feet, act like it's your fault when you ask what's taking so long, and get horrible attitudes when they have to bring out your food. The owner of this place really needs to do a complete staffing overhaul. Not a single person who works inside this establishment is worth the pay that they're making. I will never go here again. Attaching a photo of my receipt that I took as the worker brought my food out. 21 minutes from the time I paid until I got my food. Completely...
