I went here after I saw that they were participating in restaurant week. I looked up their website and saw that it looked appealing and wanted to support a local business. I ordered an iced Stars Hollow Latte, Dragonfly Latte, apple juice, and a milk. We waited over 10 minutes for our drinks, and when the drinks were made they were sitting at the counter for a while because they never called our name to pick them up. My drink (the stars hollow latte) tasted sour like it had expired milk in it and was not stirred properly because I sipped up a glob of pasty ingredients. This was a wasted drink and money spent. Read moreI stopped by Rojo Coffee Co. to meet someone for a work chat and ended up having The Rory — a lavender oat milk latte that was perfectly balanced and so comforting. Smooth espresso, just the right touch of floral, and oat milk made it extra cozy.
The space is small but beautifully curated, with such a friendly and welcoming energy. I'd definitely recommend going early if you want to grab a seat — it’s the kind of spot you want to sit and stay awhile.
I had a lovely conversation with (I believe) the owner, and her warmth just added to the experience. I didn’t get a chance to try the food, but it smelled incredible — enough to have me planning my next visit already.

There is something quietly captivating about the glassware at a fabulous coffee shop; especially a cup that can invoke a feeling. I am not much of a girlie girl, but I sure did feel like one in RoJo’s! The moment the barista handed me my cortado I couldn’t help but feel the chic coziness of the shop. Sipping my cortado in bright natural light surrounded by pale pinks and sea foam greens accented in natural wood and black made me feel comfortable and welcomed.
To top it off, the barista was very friendly and she made a tasty cortado.
