I have lived in the area for over 40 years and have went to this mcdonalds forever even worked here for a couple of years. This place has gone down hill over the years that I have tried to avoid going there and will pick another McDonalds or place to eat. Today I went there to grab some thing at 4 pm with only 3 cars in drive threw, I was the 4th car. I was in line for 20 minutes in drive thru. When I finally got to the window I noticed they were short staffed on one of the busy days of the year. The female working the window was taking orders, money, and handing out the food so she was super busy. The problem was she was rude unprofessional and should not have been in drive thru if she couldnt handle it. She told the person placing the order to hold on they were short staffed and then started complaining loud enough for me to hear in my car. I tried to tell her although she was busy we had been in line for 20 minutes with only 4 cars. She then got loud with me telling me that she was taking orders, taken money. handing out food, and everything for people to make sure they got their food. She then went to walk away from the window to talk to another employee but she was loud enough that I could hear her say these customers are pissing her off. I tried to reiterate to her that it's because of the wait everyone is trying to see why drive thru was taken so long and her comment was she did not care. I told her maybe she should care. She then said oh well. I did ask to speak with the manager who also only wanted to keep telling us how short they were instead of fixing the problem of the cashier cursing, speaking out loud and being rude at a drive-through window. I have put a call in for the owner of the store to call back but I have noticed over the last 20 years that not much is going to change with complaints that are made but I just think they need to know. This is a prime example of why staff should not be paid $15 an hour at these establishments because this is now how you wait on customers or treat customers that ultimately make sure you have a pay check every 2 weeks. Everyone has bad days and need to vent but there are ways and this is not how. To top it all off knowing she wouldnt her in any trouble she handed my food out the window as she yelled at me very disrespectfully have a Merry Christmas. Even my 8 year old daughter was like wow mom did you hear how she was talking. I called it in today July 29, 2022, I spoken to a manager with short black coloured hair and she was nice on the phone until I gotten in person NOTE THAT BEFORE I WALKED IN I SAID TO HER FIRST THAT I WAS JUST UP THERE AND ORDERED TWO MCFLURRIES and she telling a black girl with mixed up brown twists (cute style) and she goes to make my stuff I also told her I was just up there for TWO orders that were messed up and in front of me after handing me ONE McFlurry I told her (Ms. Twists) that I said TWO and the black(hair colour)short haired rudely told Ms. Twists that she heard just ONE and that she swears and she said it where I could hear so I told her, "No I said TWO" and I left. Maybe if you all weren't being so ghetto and actually CARED for us customers PAYING CUSTOMERS then I would not be typing this review today. Whoever made McFlurries needs to be re-taught the RIGHT WAY I could have been the owner of that company in disguise and just like that you would have been written up, fired, or BOTH. Read moreThis place is horrible and the people that work there is worse. I waited for my food over an half hour. So I went to the work. She grabs my receipt and says I give me a minute. I wait a few minutes start talking to another customer and she says I've been waiting on my food for over a half hour. She was polite and says to the works can someone check on where my food is. Same worker that looked at my receipt says hold on. The worker wad rude very rude. I waited a few minutes. I called out to the workers again and say can one of you work on my order or just give me my money back. Same worker comes over snatches my receipt, looks at it and says I called this number. Grabs the bag in front of her and hands it to me. I check the food. It's cold. Never did see call the number on my ticket. The worker gets in my face because I tell her my number was never called. She says well I just told you I called your number you wasn't listening. This place is the worse. I ask to speak to a manager. The manager comes out I tell her the situation. She remakes the food because she touched the food and it was cold.
