Extremely disappointed that I had catering setup after speaking with Anne for a specific time and day with nearly 50 people that we had planned to feed. When the day came, I could not get in touch with her and after calling and calling I began to show my frustration as I could not get in touch with her seeing that you have to physically confirm your order 24 hours in advance. Even though I continued to call the representative who answered would not take the order, Only Anne could. Was not able to get in touch with her till the following day and when I did she made it very clear that she did not care one way or another about the situation. Asked to speak to her supervisor which is Joe and he proceeded to show the same thing. The attitude and lack of caring is crazy that anyone would conduct business that way. I will gladly take my business elsewhere but wow talk about throwing away what could have been a lot...

Very unprofessional short chubby curly haired guy working here on the afternoon of 1/1/2024 he was rude from the moment I entered the store, he stared at me without asking if he could help or if I was ready to order.

I already knew what I wanted so I began ordering anyway and when I asked for “ a little bit of lettuce” on my sandwich he put 1 piece of the shredded lettuce on my sandwich and looked at me and began laughing as if it were a joke. I really hope management sees this because this employee is purposely trying to elicit negative reactions out...

Yes I just walk in to get a churro. When I walk there’s a guy named Joe that doing some cleaning. I didn’t know if Joe was having a bad morning or Joe was just a prick with attitude. He spoke to me like he’s going to take my order but he told me in very prick way to wait at end of the counter and had me waiting to get another employee to take my order. The girl employee came out with a smile and took my order. Joe needs to get some therapy to help with his bad mood swings or needs to wear a tampon. Joe my advise to you is get a life with that...
