9/13/25 (9:00-9:30 PM) Saturday I came here on September 13th, on a Saturday at around 9:00 PM. Absolute garbage. I ordered a couple of beef chalupa supremes, chicken nachos grande, and 2 Pepsis. Both chalupas were rung up as chicken chalupas, so I was charged more and still received the beef ones. Both were stone cold. And more disturbing was the fact that one of the chalupas had 2 very distinct bites taken out of it. 🤢 The chicken was missing from the nachos and replaced with beef, which I feel we were still up charged for. I went inside to report the bitten into chalupa and waited way too long at the counter for anyone to come and ask me what I needed. I gave them the beef chalupa back after telling them what the issue was and instead of giving me the original beef that I had ordered, they gave me a chicken chalupa. 🤦♀️ I got back to the car and saw that they had messed up once again, but at least it was hot, so I went ahead and ate it. Also, I don't think it helped the situation that the 2 young girls working the drive-thru window were nonstop chattering and distracting each other and the line of cars was proof of that. This used to be our favorite Taco Bell. I will probably never come back. It is really not worth it. And for the small amount of food that we got, the total was almost $30.00! Could've just gone to a restaurant for that price and got better...
Read moreI go here a lot and almost always leave with a subpar experience, but it has never been quite enough for me to stop coming here. This time, not only did I not get a receipt for my food, but they gave me the wrong tacos. I ordered the REGULAR Doritos Locos Tacos combo. NOT the supreme. I even watched the item get keyed in properly on the menu at the drive-thru, and yet it still came out as a supreme in my bag.
With the amount of staff there today, I assumed I could just call the store and get it corrected if I came back with the bag of incorrect food as thats all I had as proof without a receipt and I unfortunately could not go back right away due to only getting a 30 minute lunch break, of which was now over. However, no one answered the phone. I called three times. There are too many people in that building to have zero attempts at answering the phone line. Not sure who owns/manages this location but based on previous reviews and my own experiences, it's clear that this place has a "you get what you get and get lost" kind of vibe at this point. Read moreI love my local Taco Bell: they're friendly& very sweet and give great service; make you feel important and have GREAT FAST FOOD! I always get onions added on everything that I buy and I love the dollar menu items so, then I can get more of my favorite food... And then I can share with my friends whenever I can! Love my breakfast bowls! :-) BUT I just sure wish they would get hot chocolate or hot tea, with this cold weather coming up; it would be a great addition with my meals. Not Burger King or Taco Bell, nor Wendy's anymore have hot chocolate or hot tea. Think about it, it would be a PLUS! I'm not a Starbucks or 7-Eleven fan. Oh, but I might have to go more to Wawa with this COLD moving in!
