Ordered 2 biggie bags on Saturday. Got to window was handed bag with 2 meals in it and told price was 6 dollars and some change by the manager. I said no I have 2 meals the cost should be more. I handed my card to pay and then I was told by manager $17.92. I said no I only have two $5.00 meals. She was very arrogant with me and handed my card back after processing it. I asked what dollar amount did she put on my card and she said $13 and some change with a major attitude and walked away from the window. Also there was only 1 car in line behind me and no one inside the store. No reason for the attitude. After I got home I went online and checked my card to see what she actually charged my card. There it was $17.92 for two $5.00 meals. I called the store and asked for the manager and let her know she lied about what she put on my card. And of course she did not put my receipt in the bag. She told me to come back and she would give me 2 muffin deals the next morning. I did and she was on duty but never came to the window. Got home and found our muffins were hard as a brick, my husband said the sausage tasted old and past it’s prime. We both threw our meals in the trash. I guess the sorry muffins were pay back for complaining about getting overcharged the day before. Sorry but this a poor excuse of a manager. I will definitely take my business to a different Wendy’s from this...

When I got home I realized it was a double with onions on it, I was like ok not a big deal I can just take the onions and one of the patties off. I was eating the fries on my ride home, when I made it home and sat down at my table I poured the rest of the fries on the burger paper and a piece of hair fell out with it!!! At this point I was so disgusted that I didn’t want to eat any of it any more. I was going to let it go but than when I checked my receipt I realized the drive through worker didn’t even ring my order up as I asked. I called and spoke with the manager on duty she offered to replace my meal. Honestly after seeing the hair I’m too turned off from even eating there again. Please check all your food before eating. If they put your receipt in the bag instead of giving it back to you with the card...
Read moreI went to the newly renovated Wendy's today off Battlefield and I have to say that the exterior is the only thing that was renovated. The service is still the same. I asked for my drink without ice, I got it without ice but they apparently felt they had to make up for the lack of ice with less drink and gave me only 3/4 of a cup. WTH! The drive thru cashier had all the courtesy and happiness of a branded bull. It was obvious that keyvonna or whatever that name was didn't want to be there in the slightest and it came through in her customer service. Came back later and asked for a drink with no ice again. This time they filled it all the way up... but with more ice than drink. This is hardly the first time that this location has messed up an order. It happens on a pretty consistent basis. I should've known that a renovate pleasant exterior does nothing for the ugliness...
