place was fairly clean. some dirty tables and haven't seen anyone come by to clean in the 40 mins I've been here. food was good. got the 12" monster meatball (marinara, provolone, meatball, pepperoni, bacon, sausage) and a small drink. meal came out to $16.40. with the sub being $12.99. pretty pricey for what I received. still tasted good. service was unfriendly. cashier (bald head, glasses) seemed like he didnt want to be here and felt miserable. location is tucked in the back corner of a shopping plaza. not sure if I'll ever come back.

We love Zero's. Have since living here back in the 90s. Our go to sandwich has always been the grinder, all the way. Which is what you seen in my picture. The reason for the 2 stars only is because despite asking for Zero's sauce and all the way, not only wasnt there any Zero's sauce but no oil or vinegar. This isn't the first time we've been left disappointed in this location but I think it's the last time we'll go there. I'm impatiently waiting for the Cedar Rd location to open. I'm hoping for better luck there.

I first tried to call in an order and was asked to hold on. While the phone was sitting on their counter, I drove to the store (about 10-15 minutes away). I pulled up to the store when they picked the phone back up. I went in and ordered our usual Grinder. The person at the register was rude. When we got our order, it was the smallest sub I've ever seen. I have been eating at Zeros for decades and this was the worst experience. Maybe it's a new ownership issue.

Prefer Mr. Jim's but they're not open on Mondays so I decided to give Zeros a whirl after years. Used to get the Grinder back in the day. Didn't see that on the menu so I got the Godzilla (I think that's what it's called). I asked if the onions could be grilled. First the guy at the register said no even though I clearly heard someone in the back tossing something around on the grill. Then he said they'll do it as a one time courtesy. I asked for capicola in place of pepperoni, and no American cheese. He said I had to pay extra for the capicola bc it costs more than pepperoni. I agreed. He charged me an additional $1.50. Then there was some discussion between the guy at the register and the guy who was actually making the sandwich about whether more provolone should be added to the sandwich since I didn't want the American cheese. I chimed in by saying I assumed that would be automatic. The guy at the register responded by saying No, it's not bc provolone costs more than American. At that point, I clearly understood that making the ones who keep the business going--aka CUSTOMERS--happy is not at all a thing at this place. The priority is to pinch every single penny that can be pinched. As a business owner myself, I understand controlling costs, but this is just ridiculous. Then to add insult to injury, after all this, the guy at the register said We're gonna throw some extra onions on there for you. You can probably imagine the sarcasm...

I normally don’t have a bad experience with any kind of sub place. But Zero’s Subs is making that a little hard right now. I went to this location today and everything was fine. Two polite ladies greeted me and chatted with me till my order was done. I got home and started to eat my sub when I found this big glab of hair in it. I called the store and they originally said that I could do 1 of 2 options. 1.) I can come back bring the sub and get HALF of my order made since I ate the first half of my sub. 2.) I could get a refund but not for the whole order. Only the half I bring back. Now I work in the food industry as a assistant manager so I know this is unacceptable. I would like my money back and that it. I will go to the BBB and the health department about this if what I’m asking for is not meat. If this is a distribution problem then change venders. Fix this problem before you end up with a law suit on your hands for serving...

Husband walks in the door at 6:30p. Of all the places I could eat, I wanted a Zeros sub. Husband Watched employee with glasses, tattoos and a limp proceed to walk away and start throwing items in the kitchen (WOW) Young lady did take my order however it was overshadowed by the bad attitude of employee with the limp.while waiting, obnoxious employee says people don’t understand “Ebonics” just as two more customers came in at approximately 6:35p and both were told by the guy with the limp that they were closing down and not taking any more orders. “Really” you close at 7pm! He then turned the signs in the window to “CLOSED” I was then given my sub by the female employee at that time employee with limp was standing at the door where I made my exit. He then said have a nice evening. My reply? You are reading...
