Usually I never give a 1 star review for any restaurant, I am so careful to always tell the truth and share honest review, however, I try to give grace for all businesses around the states by giving a decent and good reviews, but not this place at all. From the moment we entered the place, the employee at the register was so mean, we ordered our food online. 3 separate orders for my sister in law, my wife and myself. Same order, but he gave us only 2 and he said I didn't receive the third order. Then my wife showed him the order online and that we ready paid, he said I dont care, I didn't recieve it. Now my wife was kind with him and tried to explain for him but he started shushing and hashing my wife, and he actually said: I am talking now stop talking, I didn't recieve the order and I dont care what you say, my wife was mad but calm, but I had to jump in and get myself in the conversation. He was such a rude person, and he has no manners at all, my pregnant wife started to cry and my 2 years old daughter was in shock of what's going on. When we asked to speak to manager, they told us that he was the manager and there is no else to talk with! Hence, the management needs to deal with such a toxic person and should hire a better person who knows how deal with the customers. Inconvenient place, i don't recommend at all and I was disappointed with they way they treated us. I add to that, that the food was cold and...
Read moreBeware if you have sensitive ears nearby! Pulled up to the drive through window with my son and my elderly mother-in-law in the back seat around 10:30 PM on Mon, Nov 25. The speaker was clearly not working properly in both directions, the woman was cutting in and out and clearly could not hear us properly. She said "what" after we tried to place our order, so my son spoke in a louder tone so she could hear. The woman over the speaker immediately yelled "why are you screaming" to which my son politely replied, "I raised my voice so you could hear our order, I'm sorry". I was already slightly miffed when we pulled up to the pick-up window and the woman was waiting, elbows crossed on the table, and yelled "Who do you think you're screaming at??". We both looked at her confused as she asked my son "Are you high", and began to go on a profane rant about how she "was the police" and continued to demand that my son pull over to the side in a threatening manner. I was unable to get her name as she refused to tell us and was not wearing a name tag. I instructed my son to pull out of the parking lot immediately before paying or receiving the food. I caution any of the many families in the area with young children or the elderly in the car to remain clear of this facility, and I hope that Wendy's upper management seriously considers the staff working at this facility, as there are other similar complaints...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I stopped through the drive thru on our way home from PA tonight. It looked closed, but my boyfriend saw the lights on like it was open. Now I'm used my local Wendys drive thru being open until 2am. So I asked first if they were closed. I asked for a moment and then we gave our order. The guy seemed to have a possible attitude over the speaker, but I let it go.
After spending $23 on a meal, a few value menu items, and a cookie, not only was my sandwich wrong (not complaining, but I think he accidently switched the sandwiches, so it's more about feeling bad for the other customer), but it was sub-par. The chicken wasn't edible, breading falling off, lettuce completely wilted (looked bad). On top of that, the fries tasted somewhat stale. The cookie was the only good thing. My boyfriend's order I can't speak for because he ate in the dark (I was driving). The guy did seem a little snippy too and he never gave me my receipt.
I get being annoyed if you're closing down early and then get a small pop, but according to Google, they're supposed to be open until midnight nightly! (We came through around 10pm.) Good customer service and food makes the difference for...
