This was my first time here. I wanted an omelette, but didn't see one on the menu, so I asked if they would be able to make one. They said sure, informed me what they usually put it one, and I said that sounds great. I received an awesome, large, filling omelette at a great price - probably the best omelette I have ever purchased at such an establishment. It is also worth noting that I felt great after eating it - unlike many establishments whose ingredients and cooking methods may leave one feeling lethargic afterwards. The staff was naturally happy and friendly. All these things sound "easy" but are becoming harder and harder to find in the food service industry.
