I went to Verizon unexpectedly after my phone decided to die entirely. Naturally, I was frantic which I'm SURE is prime opportunity for salespeople to take advantage of a person's desperation. After several frustrating past experiences at various cell phone retailers (awful manners, pushy, sexist salespeople who were dishonest just to make more sales, assuming I wouldn't know any better...), I didn't have high hopes. Much to my surprise, this trip was a breath of fresh air!!
Manny helped me today & was the most welcoming and professional associate, despite mentioning being understaffed. He was incredibly kind & understanding of people's different situations: limitations of family plans, generational differences, work needs, etc. And despite the busy day, i heard him go over detailed contract info with everyone purchasing...never cut ANY corners. He actually went above and beyond with patience... from an elderly man who purchased a phone elsewhere but couldn't figure out how to make calls with the green button, to a local mom juggling kids' school pickups and data transfer between errands, to the uncertain older woman super against autopay with a written list of questions. Handled every situation with kindness and attentiveness. Manny seemed super organized-- managed to effectively take care of multiple people at once, always politely excusing himself to go do XYZ for another customer while things loaded/transferred. Greeted every guest who entered, knew some by name, and explained things with total transparency.
Manny helped me talk through my cell phone options to make a decision that would fit both my needs & budget. He was candid with his opinions when asked, but never pushed anyone to buy something they weren't ready to (or wanted to research first). He made multiple calls to other Verizon locations to check on stock of colors for me, offered several available discounts, and made sure I understood what I was paying for. Was it a longer than expected visit? Yes. But totally worth it considering a) I had no idea what time it was because my phone was dead and b) to see a single employee interact so patiently with varied situations, one after another, was a great reminder that there are genuinely helpful people out there.
Manny was an all-around amazing employee. As someone with anxiety reentering society post-pandemic, life feels chaotic enough lately. I was grateful this shopping experience was the opposite!...

I went in with difficult situation: my phone screen was cracked and only about a third of the screen was visible. I had little hope - to say the very least.
I had no insurance on the phone in question, plus I owed over $600 on my old broken device.
Huroon happened to be the employee that helped me. He gave me numerous options and explained everything in great detail and answered every question to my satisfaction.
I ended up purchasing a new device, but we still had the screen problem! You literally couldn't see two thirds of the screen!
That's where the manager Vish came in. He went into the back room and came out with a computer keyboard and a mouse - wires and all. I didn't even know you could hook up a wired keyboard and mouse to a smartphone. After some finagling and maybe 5 minutes, he had my phone unlocked and Smart Switch activated, so my new phone was exactly like my old phone! Everything was set up identically as Samsung has embedded into their technology with Smart Switch.
It would be an understatement to say that I was ecstatic! I really had very little hope going in, and the more I talked to the guys, the more my trepidation waned.
To make a long story short - too late - I walked out with an upgraded phone, and everything was to my satisfaction. They really went above and beyond.
If you're considering a certified Verizon store in the area, or perhaps even going a little further out of your way to get this kind of expertise, I would certainly recommend this location.
