today, december 26th at 2:00pm i went to this dunkin donuts and to their drive thru, i ordered a coffee, an iced latte, and two of the major sugar snackin bacon, but when ordering i had said “two of the maple bacon” which had been misunderstood as two maple bacon sandwiches, which is no issue in and of itself, however when i got to the window the larger worker didn’t give me my latte, and when i had received a sandwich in place of plain bacon i asked for what i had originally ordered, as from the lack of latte and new found sandwich i had assumed i was given the wrong order, so i asked for the plain bacon and my latte, this is where i find my one star on all accounts, the big one working was unbelievably rude and treated me as if i had committed the faux pas of not ordering the bacon by its exact title on the menu, she physically snatched the bag containing the sandwich away when i tried to hand it to her, and begrudgingly gave me my latte, she verbally berated me for not knowing to call the bacon the full title of “maple sugar snackin bacon” which is a ridiculous name. the big worker then asked for my card, despite my having paid in cash only moments before, she was also really mean about this and spoke down to me as if i was the problem here, as if i hadn’t just paid in cash. because she had explained (although rudely) the miscommunication involving the bacon i’ll wave it for a moment to touch on not only her abysmal attitude but also the fact that she didn’t give me my latte either, so even without the bacon debacle she was still doing a terrible job at her job. there’s more but i’m done with dunkin. america does not run on a place with such an attitude problem. however, the smaller worker was very nice when bringing me the corrected order and she salvaged as much of my opinion of this place as possible, which in fairness is very...
Read moreI used to come to this Dunkin' all the time because it’s close to my work, and the service was great, but all the sudden there was a new staff and I had a really disappointing experience. The moment I walked in, the place felt uninviting—there were crumbs on the tables, and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in hours. The staff seemed uninterested in providing good service; they were slow, and one of them even got my order wrong. I ordered a simple coffee and a donut, but the coffee was lukewarm at best, and the donut tasted stale, like it had been sitting out for too long. The worst part was the attitude of the employees when I mentioned the issues—they were dismissive and didn't offer any solutions. She is single-handedly ruining the morale of multiple locations around Macomb county causing many hard working individuals with years of experience to walk out. Not only is she ruining locations but people’s livelihoods. If you enjoy anything dunkin I would absolutely steer clear from this location until Kandace figures out what in the hell she has planned.
