I wanted to share my disappointing experience with my recent visit to your restaurant. I had been looking forward to fulfilling my White Castle craving the day before starting my 40-day fast for Lent. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired.
Firstly, after paying with my credit card, the female worker at the window did not give me a receipt. Had I received a receipt, I would have been able to call the store and speak to a manager directly about my concerns. This lack of a receipt made it difficult to address the issue in a timely manner.
I ordered seven cheeseburgers with light ketchup and mustard, along with a medium fry. However, when I got home and took a bite of the sliders, all I could taste was mustard. Upon inspecting the sliders, I discovered there was not a single ounce of ketchup—just an overwhelming amount of mustard. Every slider was made this way, making my meal quite unpleasant.

Read moreWe don't get white castle to often because it's a long drive, so occasionally when we go past it we'll get it, mainly because my son likes it. Go there be ready to wait for a while. It takes a very long time to get food. Also, they usually forget something or make or mess something up. Management could be more friendly. They just can't be bothered by a customer for a mistake an employee made. Even hear them say that they don't have time to be bothered. Also, check receipts. The food is good but expensive, for 3 of us, one is only 4 years old, we dont walk out of there spending under $35, granted i usually bring home 4 extra burgers. also double-check it. I ordered my food with a little extra everything (ketchup/ mustard), and there wasn’t. That's like that all the time too. Or they'll forget to put in a fry or chicken rings, something, that hasn't failed the last 3 times. I used to be a manager there 20 years ago though, so take the review of how you like to. Read moreThis has consistently been the worst white castle location I've ever been to. Staff are rude, belligerent, unwelcoming, and slow as hell. This place routinely has an unmoving line. I've never gotten out in under 30 minutes. It would be different if the staff were apologetic about the wait and friendly, but this team has a bad attitude and very rude. Visit a different location.
Edit: 1/6/23, yet again, worst service ever. Slow as hell, ten car line, staff won't start online orders until you show up, crowd in the lobby just waiting, staff will leave you standing at the counter forever unless you ask to be helped, the place is dirty, and it looks like there is no manager on staff.
