I visited your store tonight at 7 PM there wasn’t very many people in the restaurant my food took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive at our table. I ordered 10 wings my daughter ordered a salad and my sister ordered some taco thing. my wings were cold, over cooked and dry they were missing barbecue sauce all over them. my daughter’s salad came with guacamole it was only a tablespoon and it was brown in color and you could tell that it was the remainder left in the bowl that they scraped out because they didn’t want to open a new container. my sisters fries were cold and rubbery we ate none of the food told the waitress about our problem she was very nice and she brought over a manager. the manager was very rude and was only willing to take half of the bill off. we ate no food! It was nasty. so it ended up being this huge ordeal where the police were called as I was not going to pay that bill. I did pay for the ice tea I drank. the man was very rude and a report was filed and I will never again Step foot in a buffalo wild wings again the customer service is atrocious and the fact that I was expected to pay for a meal that I didn’t even take one bite of is completely unacceptable also there wasn’t very many people in the restaurant at all. they were not busy so there’s no excuse for our food to take an hour and 15 minutes to arrive and arrive cold. we didn’t have time to wait around for food to be remade and quite frankly if they can’t make it right the first time they’re not gonna make it right the second time. We had a $50 gift certificate and the bill ended up being $46 before the half off, so it’s not like we were trying to get out of paying the bill I just didn’t see it right to have to pay for something that I didn’t find edible. the manager was very rude, nasty and intimidating. and it didn’t need to be accelerated as far as it did police were called and everything. I ate None of the food! Stay away from...
Read morePOOR MANAGEMENT & SERVICE! Arrived to pick up my online order, front desk girl was nice and you could tell she was busy, but she brought food to the counter then left to go help someone in the main dining area. After fifteen minutes of no return and no other employees in the area, I had to go searching for someone. After more waiting one manager came out and after a brief encounter he could for some reason not help me and had to go get a different manager. After waiting again the next manager approached me and was more professional...in the beginning....after I explained to her what happened she very snarkily stated "Well you can see we are busy and I had two no call no shows." I said "that is unfortunate but I should still not have to......" and before I could even finish my sentence she began to walk away and while walking away with her back turned toward me shouted "Ill check on it". She then came out with a $10 voucher and practically threw it at me with again being rude in her demeanor. Other than this poor professionalism or lack of the food tasted good but is not worth the money, most of the wings were 'dinky' in size compared to that of a US quarter and most of the wings were bone dry, no sauce on it them at all. I will most likely not...
Read moreCovid 19 at Buffalo Wild Wings: Thank you for allowing a customers right to choose whether to wear a muzzle, or not. BWW is a fine establishment.
To this day, the CDC has stated that Covid survival is 99.74% plus, and is not a virus worthy to be afraid of. Others in the media would have you believe otherwise, would rather keep you under lock down, and mask endlessly.
Currently circulating within Chesterfield and other local areas, is a very large boycott list of businesses. Those that choose to withhold choice, choose to do so at financial cost to their establishment. I am glad to mention BWW is not part of this. They allow for both masked, and non-masked customers.
Most sheriffs both local and country wide, have said they will NOT enforce this questionable, and potentially unconstitutional edict. It is up to you whether you choose to remain muzzled within any establishment you engage, as law enforcement will NOT enforce. Businesses whom choose to enforce, find their business potential to decline, as they alienate a segment of customers base - and rightfully so.
By choosing to muzzle up and ignore the facts, you prove that they can keep you in a mask for years to come, as there is no opposition to this tyrannical behavior. Reclaim...
