Crazy Bowls & Wraps — Restaurant in Chesterfield

Okay so I have eaten here a handful of times in the past 2 years. Never a complaint. Today however we were served some contaminated bowls. My husband had a large stir fry bowl with crispy chicken and rown rice. I had a regular power bowl with crispy chicken and brown rice. The rommaine lettuce in mine was bad. Brown with dark spots so I avoided it. I had hardly any ingredients added so I'm not sure what made us sick. We couldn't tell what was bad in my husbands bowl. We know it was this location because we hadn't eaten in so long and about 2 hrs later we were ill. Still not feeling great. It has been 6 hours. Never returning to this location.

Also, wear gloves. It's the law. So I'm reporting you for that.

Been over 24hrs andy husband and I have food poisoning. If it persists into tomorrow we will be going to the hospital to make sure it isn't toxic. Thanks again for your poor...

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a long time, but after trying it I feel like a fool. When I walked in I was surprised that there was no one in there during lunchtime on a weekend, but I learned why. First of all, it’s so overpriced. When the cashier showed us the total I was genuinely surprised. I live in Chicago and always order Sweetgreens, which is in fact a lot cheaper than the place. Second, I know food taste can be very subjective, but everyone in my friend group agreed that the food is just not good. For example, there’s too much sauce in the wraps, while the quinoa feels uncooked. Lastly, like many other reviews pointed out, the staff isn’t super friendly. My suggestion: make the ordering process more customizable. Like subway, where you can see the ingredients and how much they are putting into your food. Ordered a Grilled Chicken Teriyaki Bow today. The Chicken was extremely dry and chewy. I let the manager know and she said we can give you some more chicken. They instantly gave me what looked like grilled chicken warmed up in the microwave in a paper cup. It was also dry and chewy. I have gone there numerous times over the years as I try to eat healthy. The chicken is occasionally good but most of the time dry and chewy. What's worst is the Manager was indifferent and seemed as though she could care less about the complaint or need to make it right.
