Honestly I feel like all Panera’s suck now a days, but this one is top of my list. It’s dirty and the employees are flat out RUDE. I come during the week, around lunch time, bc it’s less than a mile from my office, but the girl who prepares the orders (bigger lady with a giant sloppy bun on her head who calls out the name of the customer when the order is ready) is awful. In all the times I’ve been here she’s been working the counter and she always has a nasty attitude towards everyone. It’s like, find a new job if you hate helping people that much.
I’ve also been sitting there waiting for my food and seen employees walking around with their pants so sagged that you can see their entire back side. Which is a disgusting view to get while you’re picking up food but it’s also very concerning…
Anyway, aside from the god awful customer service at this location, you’re also guaranteed to get stale, burnt bread, and you will most definitely be missing something you ordered, so double check your bag - better yet, go to the valley and skip this location...
Read moreCatering Experience was BAD... We had already ordered Bread Co for 3 training sessions. We had 8- 24 people in the first 3 classes with no issues. today I put my order in at 9:30 for a 10:45-11:00 order (as we did in the past) this gave us an hour flex time to work with. I entered my order and went to my 10:00 meeting. They apparently canceled my order at 9:55 am because they were too busy to fill a 19 person order. I go to my 11:00 training class to find out there was no food and that they canceled it. We called and they where unapologetic saying that they needed 24 hours for this type of order (this does not state that on the website). How do they get away with blaming the customer?! We spoke to both the restaurant and regional customer service and got the same answer. We have 8 more classes and they just lost all of our IT and Training catering business from a Fortune 250 business. Hello,...
Read moreI ordered from the app in advance of my arrival to “skip the line and reduce the wait.” I waited almost 45 minutes for my food which is absurd for soup and salad. In addition this location had ripped, worn-out booth seats, dirty tables and unfriendly people working there. I paid $35 for luke warm, mediocre chicken noodle soup, and a salad with wilted lettuce, minimal dressing and fatty chicken. The only things that were decent were my son’s grilled cheese and pumpkin muffin. The quality of the Panera total experience has been declining for about 5 years while the prices have been skyrocketing. The value to dollar ratio is just no longer there, AND the service is just downright frustrating. It makes me not want to come back. I also know that so many people feel the same way I do. It’s too bad because your brand had a great reputation in the market for many years. Unfortunately,...
