This Burger King has to be the worst of all worst restaurants. Everyone I go there this burger specifically makes their own store rules and even with rewards it ENFORCES me to buy something. Also, there is an old women with black hair that appears to be the manager who gives absolutely 10/10 worst customer service along with a short brown boy that is very rude, unpleasant, unprofessional. The brown short boy told me when I came once at night 10-15 minutes before close at the first window after giving part of my order that I was late although I still had 9 minutes before closing and gave me the most ugly unpleasant look as he want me to leave and didn’t want me to order as he wanted to go home. Another incident that has happened when I went 10-15 before close another time when I was ordering the speaker with the same short brown boy taking my order a white bald guy came out the back door. This was very unprofessional and scary and then I started asking how much food I wanted and what as they were in a hurry. And when he got frustrated he told me to go the first window so I don’t know what was his point coming out and taking my order, the whole point of a speaker is to take my order, I didn’t feel comfortable giving my order to an unprofessional guy standing along my car. And this is not all. Everytime I kindly and politely explain to the staff that I’m the customer they should listen to me instead of cutting me off and enforcing their so called rules. And when I do this the old women with black hair tells me she calling the police if we don’t leave the property. She did that to me twice once I came at night and didn’t have time to argue with her so I left from there. But, the second time she did the same thing but this time I was with my dad he every time we come there that old women does this and said she’s calling the cops. So we told her to do so, and when we asked for her name and her upper authority name and phone number she refused to do so. So we went in the store and asked again as she didn’t give it to us in the drive thru but we saw that she took her name tag out as she knew she was wrong and gave us false information. The staff always tells us that the app is nothing to do with Burger King and that it’s too different corporate but it’s A BURGER KING APP IN A BURGER KING STORE SO ITS UR AP, STOP DENING IT AS U DONT WANT TO GIVE US OUR FOOD AND WANT TO OVERCHARGE IS WRONGLY. Went to pickup my mobile order. When ordering around 6 pm there was an error message saying the site was down and to go to store to order with my customer #. FYI, my online order confirmation that went through despite the error showed only a $1.99 large coke on my order but $15.xx was charged to my card! Pickup order at 8:00 pm and told there is no mobile order then a make gets on the drive thru and says that order was ready "hours ago" and they have to remake. Ask for fresh fries and nuggets like always. Get to window and tried to show manager the error and my order confirmation. There was nowhere to specify a time. Manager said he could care less and the app wasn't his business. Well, he does work for BK, correct? Then the female giving my food was obnoxious! I asked if the fries and nuggets were fresh and she shoved the bag in my hands and slammed the window muttering something I could not hear. Not only is the service here absolutely horrible every time big go there, but the food has become almost unedible. Fries that are supposed to be fresh are freezing cold, nuggets are rock hard and obviously not fresh, and a thrown together Whopper missing items like pickles, and a luke warm burger patty is what BKs normal is anymore. I just can't keep thinking this time will be different. Instead, I'm just wasting money on food that I can't eat and have to throw away!

Read moreI was having a really bad night after an even worse day and needed something quick to eat — but it was late, around 10:30 PM. I knew Burger King was open, but I honestly didn’t expect much at that hour.
To my surprise, I was greeted by a woman with a kind, gentle voice who took my order (I got the number 10). When I pulled up to the window, she smiled and said, “We're making the fries fresh, honey. It'll just be a minute.” And as promised, no more than a minute later, she handed me my food and drink.
I expected the usual: an old sandwich, overdone fries, and a drink with too much ice — because that's been my typical late-night fast food experience. But what I got instead was a fish sandwich that tasted like it had just been made for me, fresh and hot. The fries were crispy and perfect, and even the drink had just the right amount of ice.
It might sound strange, but that food had love in it. It genuinely lifted my spirits. I went home happier than I’d been all day, just because I stopped there.
