Ordered online and waited almost 20 minutes past the pick up time while the same worker asked me 4 times what order was I waiting for like he completely forgot any previous conversation. The clincher really was when I walked in the door to pick up the sub and the floor behind the counter was disgusting. Dirt and food pieces everywhere. It looked like there had been a food fight 2 days ago and no one bothered cleaning. This wasn’t new food, this was old food all over the place. Also, and most importantly, there was a blonde worker that was placing meat on the grill to heat it up. Every so often he would reach up and touch his hair a few times, put the meat on the grill with the same gloves and repeat this. Probably happened 3 times while I stood there waiting for food. Obviously he didn’t understand why he has gloves on as a food worker. I finally asked for my money back since I wasn’t willing to wait any longer. The same kid who forgot the previous 4 conversations tells me he will have my sandwich ready in 5 minutes. Friend, I’ve watched a multitude of sandwiches walk out of there and I can get food elsewhere. Which is exactly what I said and asked for my money back. The manager came over and told me he could have my sandwich ready in 30 seconds. Being 100% over the visual discrepancies of food handling and tired of waiting, I asked for my money back, which the manager supplied. A gentleman next to me had ordered online too and was waiting just as long as me. Very disorganized and chaotic in a very bad way. Read moreI was so excited when this location first opened here, and for a while they did great. Within the last two months, it has been incredibly chaotic.
My partner and I went today, and it was the fifth time in a row that they have messed our orders up. We weren’t upset the first few times due to the fact we have both worked food service jobs before, but it gets to a point where it is incredibly disappointing. Usually the mistake is swapped bread types or incorrect toppings which are easy to deal with, but today we checked our food before leaving.
The bread types were swapped again, so my partner went in to get just one of the sandwiches remade. She was met with an absolutely abhorrent attitude from a female employee who at first refused to remake it and blamed it on a simple misstep. My partner tried to reason with her until the manager came over and offered to remake it.
The employee started to remake the sandwich, but was throwing a fit and complaining about it to another employee. The manager walked over and told her to leave, and he completed the sandwich.
Neither of us have ever encountered a situation in which the employee refuses to remake the order. She was incredibly rude despite my partner’s compassionate attitude towards the mistake.
I understand mistakes are made, we are all human, but for it to happen so many times and then get met with a vulgar response was very upsetting.

Read moreUpdate 7/12/24: Ordered a sandwich on the app, arrived a couple minutes early and asked what the progress was on my order, they said it was still on the grill. Waited...they didnt let me know when it was done, so it sat on the shelf for who knows how long?! Also SIGNIFICANT cross contamination in the food area, dropping meat in the veggies etc. There were at least 7 employees but none of them seemed like they wanted to actually do anything. Also, the bathroom was horrific. Disgusting. Soap all over the door handle, sink, and toilet. Water covering the floor and the paper towels were all wet. For as many employees were standing around doing nothing, someone should've been cleaning the bathroom. Cheyenne quality! ... Unfortunately the kids who work here don't know what to do (or just don't want to?) when the manager isn't here. Ordered our subs "Mike's way" (as I always do) and the girl just looked at me and snapped "they will get your topping DOWN THERE!"
