We specifically asked for the cheese to be on the side of our order. The cashier looked like he was already upset to be at work or we were inconveniencing him because he had a lot of attitude taking our order. Our order was made with cheese on the top. We told them we asked for the cheese on the side and he automatically denied we ever made this request and without asking he refunded our transaction and asked us to either take off the cheese from the current order or pay for another order because "we are crying over some cheese". He then told us he's starting to get upset. Who knows what he was going to do next. The manager was called and the manager explained how they will lose money when they make the food again with no apology for the incorrect order or the horrible entitled behavior of the cashier. Thank God we are from our of town and will ever see this guy again. Horrible customer service....
Read moreWe stopped here in haste to grab something to eat before heading to our next destination on our day trip in Chicago. Isaiah at the register was kind and didn’t mind answering question which was nice. More expensive than I thought but the flavor of the food was good. The woman that let us know our order was ready wasn’t as kind as the man at the register. The portion size of the chicken quesadillas made the price a little more tolerable but $23 for 3 appetizer sized quesabirria tacos was a little disheartening no matter how good the flavor. Overall my tastebuds were satisfied but be prepared to spend a...

After placing my order, I was asked if I wanted it to go or dine in. I accidentally said “to go” before noticing the beautiful seating area overlooking the river. I immediately asked the staff member if it could be changed to dine in, but she looked at me and said, rather abruptly, “Well, I already put it in,” while shaking her hand dismissively. The kitchen was right next to her and the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time, so a simple request to the kitchen could have easily fixed it. I would have really appreciated a little more courtesy and flexibility in...
