LAZY staff, lousy service!!!! Go next door.

We came on a Friday evening around 8:00 p.m. I ordered the dragon fruit tea with crystal boba and cheese foam. They forgot to add the cheese foam to mine so I had to go back. I even paid an extra dollar for the cheese foam topping so how do you forget to add it. There was nobody there but me and my best friend. How lazy and inattentive can you be!!!???

When the lady opened the container to add in the foam I saw her pour in some leftover milk that was in a jug sitting on the counter. Then she closed the lid and gave it to me. When I tasted it the foam was very watery and had no flavor. I've been to a lot of tea places in and outside of Chinatown and so I know that the cheese foam should be a fluffy thick layer with a bit of saltiness to it. This was watery and had no salty flavor at all. Very disappointed given that I paid extra for the foam topping and a total of $8 for the damn drink.

My drink was overly sweet as well. There was no option on the touch screen to adjust the sugar level. I couldn't even taste the tea it just tasted like pure syrup/sugar. This might work for the American palette but I wanted to appreciate the taste of the tea with just a slight subtle sweetness.

My bestie ordered the jinlin black milk tea with 80% sugar. For whatever reason they were able to adjust the sugar level on the touch screen for their drink but mine didn't have that option. Their drink tasted like water you couldn't even taste the tea or the milk, and it was $6.

The decor may look super nice but staff here is lazy and unmotivated not willing to put in the effort to make a quality drink the right way. They're just standing there miserable behind the counter on their phones.

I recommend you do yourself a favor and just go right next door to legend tasty House or Molly Tea across the street where you can actually taste the tea. It may be pricier but you get what...

Oriental Tea is like stepping into a vibrant, whimsical world of its own. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a mesmerizing display of Chinoiserie decor, with cherry blossom branches elegantly draped across the ceiling and colorful, intricately designed walls that make the space feel both lively and serene. It’s the perfect mix of cozy and picturesque, offering the kind of ambiance that instantly lifts your spirits. I decided to cap off my visit with their Strawberry Sundae, and it was the perfect choice. This sundae was a delightful blend of flavors and textures. The creamy, silky strawberry base was packed with a rich, sweet flavor that lingered pleasantly on the palate. The whipped cream was airy and perfectly balanced, while the rainbow sprinkles added a playful crunch that brought a fun contrast to each bite. The true surprise was the addition of animal crackers—these adorable treats tied all the elements together, adding just the right amount of sweetness and a nostalgic touch that made the whole dessert truly memorable. What makes Oriental Tea stand out is how versatile it is. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick pick-me-up in the morning or looking to unwind after a long day, this spot has everything you need. With its unique decor, delicious treats, and welcoming atmosphere, Oriental Tea is a place that leaves a lasting impression. I’ll definitely be coming back for more—it’s a must-visit for anyone who loves a great drink experience in a...

I must say this ice cream was soooo good. They have some many options to choose from. I decided to go with the Mango Strawberry and it did not disappoint. Love how they make the ice cream from scratch right in front of you. If you are ever in Chinatown give this place a try. As always see for yourself.
