I did like coming here but I didn't like how unfriendly the staff was and how it took forever for my orders to come out where people behi d me got their orders already. The second thing is their food and drinks, which in my opinion was pretty disappointing since it was like two different things from the photo on the menu to the thing I actually get. The first one was the new bowl thingie with the tapioca and many other thing where in the photo it look very delicious and in reality it looked like a bowl of puke, absolutely tragic. The second one was the black sugar milk tea which showed that it should have the black sugar looking like tiger stripes and instead I get a milk tea with barely any stripes and it just looked like a regular milk tea but it did taste better than it looked so that saved the the place from getting a three star instead of four. The next item on my list is their rose garden rolled ice cream, it looked exactly like the photo and even had a rose bud plus some mochi bits but once again I was disappointed in the taste which tasted like nothing. It tasted like ice cream that's not ice cream and the strawberries on top was also very sour. Also I wasn't sure if the rose petals were supposed to be there for decoration or actually edible but either way I tried one and it was horrible so probably decoration. The taro smoothie according to my brother was really good yet I think it wasn't that great, finally we also got the herbal jelly and red bean which was also pretty good. I probably would come back just for the black sugar milk tea and my brother for the taro smoothie.

It was not good at all. The milk tea itself does not have any taste, just pure milk. Location: It is located along Chinatown, there used is indoor seating where you can drink your bubble tea. The tables were dirty. Service: We ordered in the Kiosk so we didnt have much interaction with the staff. Food: The bubble tea just taste milk! There is no taste of tea. The boba was alright. My nephew bought the ice cream rolls which is a little bit okay than their bubble tea. We ordered THAI MILK TEA and BROWN SUGAR and it was probably the worst bubble tea I had. Price rating: 7/10. I’ve been to other Tbaar and this by far is the spot that is not good.

We went around 3pm there was no line at the time. The one female employee, maybe a manager, said to us to order at the machine. The way she said it, it seemed like she was annoyed with us. When I said we’re paying in cash, She then told a male employee to take my order. During the time I was waiting for my orders, a drink and a rolled ice cream, the female worker never smiled. Maybe she was having a bad day? I don’t know. Not sure I want to go back after the experience. Food wise, the rolled Ice cream was good, brown sugar matcha was ok.

The ambiance is eclectic and fun. The desserts are good and tasty. We urge management to train their front cash registrars on their customer service. There was some confusion between which ice cream was our order as it was our first time there. The lady who rang us up not too long ago realized there was confusion. To resolve, she demanded for our receipt. When we told her we don't think she printed one out for us, she insisted she did print one out, and would not let us touch the ice cream until we did! LOL! She continued to ask for our receipt. It was the worst customer service, though we understand she may have been young and still gaining experience. We hope management corrects this kind of service. We like looking at the bright side, so hopefully, the young lady understands treating customers in that manner she did will teach her that's not an effective way to get customers to come...

Service/staff were very very rude and apathetic. Unhelpful when ordering. I go to Tbaars all the time in Boston and am thus very familiar with the menu. However, the staff did not seem to understand my requests, even when I spoke to them in Chinese myself. I ordered a regular Bubble Milk Tea and it did not taste remotely like the original/what regular bubble milk tea is supposed to taste like. We tried to order other drinks with fruits flavors, but they said they were “out” of strawberry and mango which were required for the drink. The ambience is good, if you like listening to Chinese pop and Chinese rap music. Overall though, the nice facilities can not compensate for the awful service and very poorly...
