Read moreThe woman at the register is extremely rude & lacks basic customer service skills. This might have been a business I would’ve considered dining in at with my family, but the staff is unprofessional & uninviting. It’s such a shame, as I love supporting small businesses.
Edited to add: It was not only the charge for Parmesan cheese & crushed red pepper. I was not greeted when I walked in. There were no other customers at your establishment. When I informed you that I was picking up an order, you just pointed towards the front of the store & walked away. Horrible communication & service all around. Read moreVery angry and unprofessional people work here. I bought a sandwich that was on special that day and the girl who sold it to me didn’t give me a drink that comes with it. She didn’t even mention it even though it was written on a board inside. I noticed it next day when i went there. When I asked for napkins she was very angry and did even say nothing just pointed it. Also they don’t have a parking spot for their car they use for deliveries or who knows what so they keep being very rude to the neighbors and keep putting a cone that they bought so they can reserve parking spot for them.
