I have been coming here for years and I love their food. Always hot, fresh, and tasty. However, some of the prices they charge you do not reflect price they are advertising. When you come into the restaurant they have a big large sign advertising “breakfast specials”. We ordered the “T-Bone-N-Stack” special which was advertised for $20.98. But my receipt said I was charged $22.50.
When I asked the cashier about it, she told me the manager needs to update the prices. However, I think this is very deceptive because they good and well the prices they are advertising this meal are different from what they are charging customers. Also, she was unwilling to honor the advertising price. This would have at least shown a sign of courtesy.
So please make sure you get a receipt when you order and make sure you are charged the correct price.
Secondly, the meal said that it came with 3 pancakes. They did not include my pancakes with me meal. I had to leave and come back and realize I did not have my pancakes. The cashier had the nerve to give me attitude and blame me about it as well, when I clearly never said I did not want pancakes.
The cashier gave me the wrong number to reach out to the manager about these issues, but made it her business to call the manager in front of us as if we did something wrong. Which was very unprofessional and messy.
Lastly, they charge you an extra .50 cent fee for each meal for the 'to go box' which is what your food comes in. This is ridiculous. I have never seen a restaurant charge you for the plate/box when you order to go.
It seems they are very money hungry and trying to hike up the prices over any little thing. They need to improve on their customer service and stop engaging in false advertisement.

Read moreI’ve ordered from Zelly’s several times without an issue. Today I did a DoorDash order and I had 2 dashers waiting for my order that they couldn’t find for over an hour and a half. So 2 phone calls later (I was patient when I should’ve just ordered from somewhere else). I asked if the dasher could show them the order that was paid for, she said I would have to cancel and reorder again. The female that answered the phone had no manager or owner on site and was not able to make a decision without their approval. Either the manager/owner needs to let them make a decision on their own, or they need to learn how to make one on their own. Poor service overall. I will never order from them again. A Family owned business who does not care about their customers, probably not even their staff if they can’t make decisions...

Today I went there for the 2 for special.
I placed my order and waited. As my food arrived the cashier put my meals on the countertop. I had credit card in hand but she walked away and went to take the orders of a group of men who had just arrived.
I didn’t understand why she would not allow me to pay for my food.
She returned and mumbled something about taking their order then proceeded to walk away from me again. As my time was running short I decided to leave.
I was very disappointed and displeased that she would not complete my transaction and then handle the new arrivals.
