I brought rings here to be resized. Only two out of five rings were done properly. I still paid. But my goodness. Why did yāall not listen to me the first time I expressed distress about certain rings not fitting? I was trying to be a paying customer and I followed through with my end of the services. Yāall did not.
Not to mention, I heard your jeweler complaining about my concerns all the way in the store front. If youāre going to complain about someone who is willing to pay, but wants their stuff done correctly, thatāsā¦..not cool. Or maybe just complain in your head or somewhere you canāt be heard. I had already expressed concerns once and was shut down. Now, I am here, on the internet.
They polished which I am thankful for, though half of my rings DO NOT fit properly. I had been in to pick up my jewelry(I had five rings done by them) and the first time I arrived they were not completed.(I had received a call stating everything was completed) I expressed distress about rings not fitting properly, they assured me that with summer being around the corner, that my rings would fit due to the body retaining more water in the warmer months.(okay I understand that, though what about cooler months?) I spoke to a man whom was very kind and reassuring. I went about my day with only one ring(actually fell off my finger yesterday into grass, luckily was able to find it) following week I have picked up all pieces of my jewelry, and again, out of the remaining four rings, only two fit properly for the fingers they took measurements for.
I still paid.
Iām not going to stand around and speak to the manager when I had already been in before and stated that I was worried about the sizing. I will simply take my jewelry somewhere else next time.

I wanted to have a pendent made by them for that I went into the store and gave them the design and my budget was 3000$ and u also told them if you couldnāt make it in my budget I can walk out of the store and try in other jewellery store . They forcefully tried to make a deal with me saying that of we couldnāt make it in 3000$ we will refund the advance money and they also told me that they would send me the CAD design in 2 days . But itās been 10 days they didnāt even send me the CAD design they were very reckless and careless they didnāt even update me anything I have to call them and ask for the update and they said still they need some time and finally they send me the CAD design . CAD design which they send me was totally different from the one which I ordered the work which they did felt like was very lazy . And I contacted the other guy who room my order and told him regarding the pendent Design that I didnāt like it and I needed that to be done in a specific time and right now they couldnāt make it in that specific time as they did lazy work in designing pendent . And I was trying to contact them the following days regarding my refund of the advance which I paid as they agreed to pay me if they couldnāt make it . They werenāt responding to my calls trying to cheat me regarding the refund . So next day I had to walk in to the store and there was this guy aged between 30-40 . I explained him everything but he wasnāt trying to understand he was acting very strange and he clearly knows that itās their mistake š¤®š¤®š¤® but was trying to point it on me . As they agreed to pay me the refund finally he was very stubborn and he didnāt have my refund . I can attach the receipt which they given me when they took my order . Please I would request people walking into the store when you visit them they will talk to you very politely and when you make a deal with them they will be very lazy and mess up your work and act very disrespectfully . Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to this shop to get two watches to have their batteries replaced. One watch was a Timex and the other was a Movado. So they took it to the back, the Timex's battery was changed right away for $10. Then I was told since the Movado was a luxury watch, it would cost $30 and they have to order a special battery for it, and I had to wait over a week for the special luxury battery to come in. Fed up with their turn around, the next time I needed to change the batteries I decided to do it myself. Lo and behold both watches, an ordinary and luxury watch, use the SAME battery. I was flat out lied to. This store gives a bad name to mom and pop jewelers, and makes me never to shop at a small independently owned watch shop again. Very deceptive practices. Save your time and money. Their watches are never on sale anyway.
Update: since Oscar's Jewelers apologized and gave a professional response I have added one more star to my review. The staff at the front are very nice but Oscar Jewelers should keep an eye on those who handle the repair and maintenance of jewelry...
