I usually have a good experience here (average 1 x week), but tonight, it was a treat. Gentlemen with glasses took my order (Al pastor bowl) and apparently my being there to order was a major inconvenience, I got about half a spoon of brown rice, the same of black beans, and a smidgen of Al pastor. It got better when we continued through the rest, including my personal favorite, his lightly sprinkling / dusting my bowl with cheese (seriously). I asked if they had shrunk their portions as this was in all seriousness MAYBE 3/5 of a normal bowl. He stated it was normal, but of course, I could pay for extra. Actually, I'm thinking I can just pick somewhere else to spend my money as they've already "corrected " their prices for our minimum wage hike. Reducing portions and then paying more for less isn't really something that works for me, even if it did come with a free side of attitude.
EDIT: I have been back and the next experience was pretty good and then tonight. Same individual, same attitude, same ~40% less of everything, same vacuous stares from everyone else when asked why this is a recurring theme. Maybe it's just me,but when Chipotle can barely eke out 3 stars, I don't it is. I'm glad there are other options for pseudo Mexican cuisine. Now I need to check and see same franchisee owns all of these in town. I hope not as it'll be a bummer to never go to one again. Oh well, why care about customers? They just keep...
Read moreWe just drove to the pick up window to get our mobile order. Literally all 4 employees looked right at us and went right back to what they were doing. We waited patiently at the window for 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us but none of them did. We waved, we even honked, but they still ignored us. My husband finally had to get out of the car and knock on the window to get someone’s attention, which I know is a no-no at the drive thru. But it was the only thing that finally got someone’s attention. When someone opened the window she laughed and apologized for the wait. I called her out and said that each one of them looked right at us and she laughed again. Sheesh, I don’t mind waiting but if it’s going to be a while at least come to the window to let us know. It took 10 seconds to hand us our bag and 5 minutes to get...
Read moreThis review is strictly for the fact that since you can't order through a drive-thru, as you are forced to pre-order, no online ordering system for them, including their own website, lets you choose just the basic bean cheese and rice burrito, which is the only burrito I eat from anywhere. You are forced to choose meat or fajitas veggies and burrito or you can't order online or on the app. It's so stupid and such an oversight and everywhere I looked online says it's a failure on their end, but it's clear they don't give a shit. So I will never be going to a Chipotle again. It's not worth going inside and waiting the insanely long line. I'm not going to get fast food like this and go stand in line LOL that's...
