This is worst experience I’ve ever encountered at a Jamba Juice. I arrived 20 mins before closing and the person making the smoothies was being soo rude. She kept glaring and slamming the blender around making it very uncomfortable to even be in there. The smoothie I bought was not blended all the way (chunks of fruit at the bottom) and she only filled my cup less than 3/4 of the cup. Read moreCame here with three friends. One of my friends placed her order. After the transaction they tell her they're out of one of the products to make her drink. They ask if she wanted something to replace it. After they make the drink they charge for the shot of wheatgrass to replace what they were out of. Bad customer service choice. First, it was not her fault you were out of your product. Second, you should tell the customer your going to charge them so they have the option instead of feeling forced. You can’t help but to feel happy after a small chat with her. I feel she’s got a lot going on in her life, more than the typical “I’m short on rent” stress, but she doesn’t let it show by putting so much positive energy out. So now that I sound like a total creep I’ll end this review lol.
She...
