Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Chicopee

Horrible and unprofessional conduct in the face of their screw up.....

My partner and I had a horrible day today. We knew we needed to eat dinner, and just got back into town so we didn't have anything in the fridge. He ordered us some pizza and wings from this Dominos. We nibbled some of the pepperoni pizza first. Later, he went to have a slice of what was supposed to be the extra cheese pan pizza. Except it wasn't what we ordered. Instead it was a supreme. We are allergic to some of these ingredients. Even if we weren't, we shouldn't be expected to just accept an incorrect order item. As prompted by the customer service options in the app, he called the store since it said they would "make it right." Unless "make it right" means something different now, they failed at that to a spectacular level. They actually yelled at and talked down to my boyfriend, when all he wanted was his money back for the incorrect food and the delivery cost. He shouldn't have to foot the financial cost for someone's mess up in delivering the wrong food. And this supreme pizza must have belonged to someone, so they screwed up someone else's dinner too. Hopefully those folks were treated with more respect and dignity than my boyfriend was.

Definitely disappointed in how they treated my boyfriend. I get that people probably try to "pull a fast one" to get free food, but we literally have the proof. There's an untouched supreme pizza that's going to the garbage tonight because of this and a receipt that clearly indicates it was supposed to be something else. Sorry we didn't open the second pizza early enough to realize they messed up....we were kinda occupied with trying to boost our spirits after an awful day and chose to eat the other pizza first. We order here frequently on Friday nights because all the restaurants are busy or overcrowded and there is long wait times for most other food places for pick up or delivery in our area. This location never has us waiting longer than 20 -25 minutes and we order multiple items including pizza,pasta bowls,deserts,sandwiches,stuffed bread etc. The food is always hot and ready when I pick it up and the online service notifies us about our order from the moment it's being prepared,to when its placed in the oven and finally when its completed ( it even shares who is preparing our food,which is a nice personal touch ) The food quality is consistant and a great value for us because we order using their specials or coupons. Their $5.99 special menu is amazing. You just need to order at least 2 items from that menu to qualify and there is endless possibilities of food choices to please everyone. You can also customize all your items if you wish. They also have a piece of the pie program that gives you a free 2 topping pizza every 10 orders which is a great value .The staff is always friendly,professional and busy working hard at this location when I visit. I personally enjoy their hot Italian and steak sandwiches, the spinach and feta cheese bread and all their pizzas. My aunt and her friend love their hot chocolate cookie brownies so much that they usually eat that first.🤣 We have also used their delivery service which is very fast but I prefer to just pick up our order in person. We also like to switch it up on the pizza crust and sometimes order thin crust or pan...
