PAID $160 FOR BRIAN TO CLEAR OVER / FACTORY RESET MY BRAND NEW WINDOWS 12 LAPTOPS AND BRING IT BACK TO ME SO I CAN PUT ALL MY INFORMATION AS AN EMAIL NAME PASSWORD ETCETERA INTO MY PERSONAL LAPTOP HE DECIDED TO PUT HIS EMAIL AND MADE UP A NICKNAME ACCOUNT FOR ME OMG I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT $160 DOWN THE DRAIN HE SAID HE WOULD FIX IT BUT NOW HE'S NOT ANSWERING MY CALLS ONCE THIS MATTERS IT'S TAKEN CARE OF CUZ HE SAID HE WOULD FIX IT BUT SHE SHOULD HAVE NEVER DID ANY OF THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE BECAUSE THAT'S NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR AND THAT'S NOT WHAT I PAID FOR IF HE FIXES IT AND DOES EXACTLY WHAT I PAID FOR JUST FACTORY RESET THE DAMN THING THAT'S ALL I ASKED IF HE DOES THAT THEN I WILL GIVE HIM A FIVE-STAR REVIEW AND I WILL PUT IN ANOTHER REVIEW ABOUT HIM FIXING IT BUT UNTIL THEN I WANT EVERYBODY TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO ME AT THE SHOP THIS WAS JUST A WEEK AND A HALF AGO VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THIS POINT IN TIME WOULD NOT RECOMMEND...

This is my new go to place for any computer issues that occur in the future! Brian is by far the fairest priced and most knowledgeable person I have met in a long time...he really helped me out with a desktop that needed repair (2 new HDDs, New Windows OS, and a serious cleaning). PC now runs like new and at literally half the cost if I had done this through another channel. Got the computer to Brian at his shop in the late afternoon and he had it back to me within a couple hours. I can genuinely say in my experience, Brian is not out to needlessly take people's money...wich one would most likely see in big stores/chains. He knows what he is talking about and is there to help and of course, get you up and running asap. Very friendly shop cat named Peanut just might come and greet you when go in. Such a sweet cat...

Went to Walmart to buy a mid-tier gaming pc. Luckily, they were out of stock. I ended up paying less and getting more. I was impressed 3 times during my transaction. The first time, I asked about the pc I was originally going to buy, he knew what I was referring to, pointed out the power supplies were of low quality. Second time was when I asked about the graphics card, he pointed out the fact that the pc I requested "did not" have said graphics card, but could overnight the part and install. The third and final time this shop went above and Beyond, was the fact the part was running behind... And would've delayed me picking it up for a few days. He stayed open for an additional 15 minutes to ensure my product was working as promised. Everything that was promised was delivered, and everything I asked about was answered. Quality, speed,...
