I recently had the pleasure of visiting Primo Hoagies in Chicopee, MA, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Now, let's talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal! I ordered one of their signature hoagies, and every bite was bursting with flavor. The bread was perfectly fresh and had that delightful crunch on the outside while remaining soft inside. The ingredients were top-notch, from the deli meats to the fresh veggies, all layered beautifully with just the right amount of seasoning. It was clear that quality is a priority here, and you can truly taste the difference.
What stood out to me the most was the attention to detail. Whether it was the perfectly balanced flavors or the quick and efficient service, Primo Hoagies made sure every aspect of the experience was enjoyable. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the establishment was, adding an extra layer of comfort to my visit.

With that said, I was thrilled to learn Primo was opening a shop in the area; originally from southeastern PA I’m quite familiar with this brand. The Valley lacks a legitimate hoagie restaurant; if your bread is trash, your hoagie is trash and this is where Primo begins to set themselves apart from the rest (followed by just about the rest of their ingredients used to build the hoagie). We went on day 2 of them being open, yes they were busy and yes there was a wait, but I’d rather see that than a ghost town. Everyone was friendly and they had a solid pace of cranking out orders. I highly recommend any of their Italians, especially the Diablo Italian. Their case of miscellaneous products is also promising (get the mozzarella balls, dirt pudding & pickles), trust me. The best hoagies you can get here are the cold cuts, followed by chicken parms/meatballs. I personally stay away from cheesesteaks, but that’s the critical Philly...
Read moreI went to pick up a large food order that was ordered for an office I call on and the service was just fantastic! I was greeted by the friendliest people who were so personable and had my order ready a few minutes early helped me carry it all out to my car, refusing to let me even carry a bag! I will definitely be making this a routine stop for lunches for offices that I go to! The presentation of the food was beautiful. The sandwiches were delicious the cookies to die for, and everything was packed so organized and neat even little olive oil and vinegar bottles were included! The side dishes were fantastic and the chips were to die for! This place is five stars and I will be back very soon! Highly...
