Let me start by saying that the morning crew here is PHENOMENAL ❤️. However their afternoon crew is far from even acceptable 😒. Ordered a frozen caramel coffee, no whipped cream and 10 old fashioned glazed munchkins for my dog Bubba. What i got was a frozen coffee loaded with so much cream it was white and the munchkins were not glazed old fashioned. I gave them back to the girl and told her what I asked for (she's in pajama pants and has some sort of infection going on all around her mouth 🙄). That's when, I'm assuming, the shift manager comes to the window and asked me what was wrong. Before I could even finish she cut me off and said they discontinued the glazed old fashioned, then she said she didn't hear me when I ordered. I said if they're discontinued, just tell your customer that, don't give ke something I didn't order. The girl in her pajamas then slammed the window shut and said "BYE ". Now, I'm angry 😠, this is how you treat customers?? I at that point waited at the window for the manager to come back, when she did, I told her now I want my receipt so I can make a complaint about the horrible customer service and the rudeness of the girl who slammed the window shut while I was talking. She then proceeded to yell at me for being upset about the entire interaction. Screamed at me to "Get the hell out of her drive thru " I'm an admitted Dunkin junkie 😊, but this one won't see another dime from me! DO BETTER...
Read moreIts the only dunkin within walking distance so its all I've got. I always order ahead on the app so it should always be ready by the time I walk into the store (it takes 5 minutes to walk there) and usually they will just have it on the shelf near the drive thru window, not even the mobile order shelf where I can just pick it up and leave. I have to sit and wait for someone to get to me while I literally watch the cold foam melting into my iced coffee. Sometimes ill stand there for like 7 minutes. Staring at my drink. Watching the cold foam disappear. That stuff only last a few minutes and I paid almost an extra dollar for it to melt. While I was right there. Thats my only complaint really but by now I don't even need to say anything and they will just give me my coffee and say "sage?" Then im like "yes." I've been going to this dunkin for years, and although the team may be a bit dysfunctional at times, they still get my coffee right every time (minus reminding them to put cold foam which they are always very nice about) The worker Steven is great too, he's my mom and Is personal favorite but there is also this pretty girl with piercings...
Read moreI was hired at this location and you all need to stop discrimination against me I'm suing you all and charge is pending lowlife dirt bags. All Dunkin locations owned by Salema Management are the worst in western Massachusetts they treat employees with disabilities like they are trash. Salama Management refuses to let an employee with disability work there when they WERE HIRED BY THE MANAGER and then when an employee makes a complaint or questions why they are playing the hired not hired game they threaten the employees and scare them . I'm filing a discrimination charge and lawsuits against this location and Salama Management for discrimination.. I'm a newly hired employee and deserve to have my hours and Salama Management has no say on who gets hired . The state will help me become shift leader here. Stop threatening me and harassing me Salema Management you don't know anything and I was hired here and given hours so .. the next step here is the lawsuit I'm filing and the discrimination charge is pending ..stop threating me and they sent emails to me with an older email that I don't use . Leave me alone dummies and give me my hours ....
